Iraq and Iran are totally different ballgames. Iran has geography that is EXTREMELY difficult to invade. The whole "Boots on the Ground" is not going to be as easy as it was for Iraq and everyone knows it. On top of that, Iraq had multiple staged campaigns with several different objectives and we weren't supposed to be there in the first place.
