Prediction: the ethics complaint Nick seems worried about is from April over either his no show on her traffic case or him trying to represent her during the drug bust, or both, and there was actually a bad falling out between them.

What else could it be? He hasn't had any other clients and they really only give a shit about complaints from clients right?
Could it be from the pussy liquor judge?

My prediction: It's literally nothing and this is just good old druggie paranoia.

Obviously I don't know for certain, but if there is video evidence of Nick representing a co-defendant there might not need to be a formal complaint from Kayla in order for the ethics committee to start an investigation.

Can we send Crackets and Our Wife to Iran?
Send Crackets to Iran, Our Wife to Fapcop's house
The Germans did that in WW1 to defeat Russia, it could work.

False. Hitler loved his dog.
So, harboring unabashedly homosexual pedophiles at his home with his kids present would be a new low for Niggieta? I really think this would trump his daughter (probably) accidental cocaine ingestion.

I suppose some money laundering could be involved, but it's likely the truth is simpler: trashy idiots like gaudy shit; Nick thinks he is just like the Joker irl fr; he's never had to work hard in his life and lucked into money (both with his grandfather's wealth and with his brief streaming success) – so why not throw $59,000 at some painting that speaks to his low-rent heart?
Say what you like about the Joker, no version of his origin story involves being a cringy little pussy born with a silver coke spoon up his ass living on Easy Street.
Well Nick pretended to be a homo for months to get close to her, and instead of seeing that as deceitful, and manipulative she had five kids with him. She’s always been wacky.
I'm not even sure that happens because Nick does so much retcon bullshit, and considering how unoriginal and boring he is, I wouldn't be surprised if he stole that from some bullshit romcom when he was in his teens.
Nah but he did get raped by prison guards
I reject the existence of that sequel.

What about his calling out Judge Pussy Liquor? Wasn't she listed to hear the Montagraph case at the time? I've no idea what the actual rules are, but if you're an actual lawyer with a case pending, using misogynistic language to insult the judge that's presiding over your case sounds like a really fucking lousy plan.

And I would have thought that any ethics board would take a complaint from a judge far more seriously than they'd take a complaint from a gang of raggedy arsed troons who were whining because somebody had insulted your illicit hormone dealer.

Edit: @PixarsTedKennedy beat me to it.

Rekieta's story is the anti-Batman story. His wealthy parents *should* have been murdered in a dark alley in Gotham City on the way home from the theatre. But they just inherited a shedload of coin and spent their old age swanning around on one pathetic OAP vacation after another, with secret swinging breaks when they thought nobody was watching.

Their son was so enraged by the parental swinging, that he decided to emulate them. Hence The Joker was born. His sidekick, Whorey Quim was married to his butler, Aaron. After refusing to eat his goo, the Joker decided to get Aaron's wife hooked on cocaine so he could make her his sidekick.

I eagerly await his forthcoming incarceration in Kandiyohi Asylum.

So less over influence from the Rekietas and more "well, gosh darn, we are just a nice and quite little town, no need to dwell on someone's passing failings!"? Mmm, could be, but the weird as fuck dedication from the sheriff and judge just baffle me, going to the point of actively risking their careers by going against protocol.
They're not risking shit because nothing will happen to them. They're little tinpot dictators and even if their stunts actually do result in a huge monetary judgment of some kind, it will be the taxpayers paying it.

Also at least Hardin seems to think that protocol in Minnesota IS stonewalling even routine records requests.

Given what we know now, the retcon would be the pretending to be a homosexual part. He was probably lusting after cock and his parents pushed him into marrying the lowest value "Stacy" (a dweeb benzozombie cheerleader) and rewarded him with his home and funded their arrangement and his education.

He was probably not drowning in cock like he is now because he was a NERD.

It is a lousy plan, but I don't think it's ethics complaint worthy. He does still have his 1A rights and he said that shit when she was presiding over the Monty case, so he said it as a defendant.

Yeah, I've no idea. I'm pretty certain it wouldn't fly here in the UK because of the gendered nature of the insult. It'd be seen as a form of sexual harrassment. He might have been a defendant but he's still a male lawyer. I think you could easily make a good argument that he was seeking to use misogynistic insults to violate her dignity and attempt to create a hostile workplace environment for the judge.

If I'm a member of the Minnesota bar, I'm very definitely seeing such behaviour as conduct unbecoming a fellow lawyer -- as behaviour that brings the profession into disrepute. But I imagine there isn't a lot of precedent because most lawyers wouldn't be so retarded as to go around insulting judges.

I know it's hard to believe that Joker wasn't acquired for $50 at an overpriced Hollywood souvenir shop, however it is an acrylic painting by Bill Mack (or at least his signature is on it). He is well enough known to have a Wikipedia page, and so evidently is able to charge nouveau riche midwits stupid amounts for kitschy "artwork".

Mack also looks like a faggot, which must have appealed to Nick, too.

The artist that he paid $80k for that Johnny Depp painting was Bill Mack. In case anyone wants to dig thru his bullshit to find the stream where he is bragging about wasting that much on something that worthless. It was during his spat with Keffals, he mentions the commission in one of the streams during his banishment.

The artist is Bill Mack. The post below is what I found when I was looking for the particular stream he mentioned it in. I have only watched 3 of his streams so it’s pretty easy to narrow down who was on with him. If anyone wants to dig thru the archives it was most likely That Umbrella Guy. In case I’m mistaken it could also be YellowFlash, and this was around the time the new Modern Warfare II was released because I remember playing it while watching. Just checked my PS trophy list and it was between 10/26/2022 and 11/10/2022 2:23 am Central.
Thank you for finding the specifics on this painting, I have been searching for this (in a roundabout way, meaning “not really”). Initially I was mistaken by thinking it was Depp, but thanks again for finding the actual price tag.
