A token barrage was Iran's way of preventing this being seen as a total humiliation to avenge.

What you're seeing is the result of one of the sandnigger countries being allowed do whatever the fuck they want and NEVER have to face any repercussions because they can always scream "Daddy America, they're picking on me!" and we bail them out at great personal cost to ourselves every single time. God only knows what happens when our economy finally fails -- I bet the entire region just gangs up on them and razes the entire country to the ground.

That's the kind of lie, like, a 7 year old would make up. What I mean by that, is it's a lie based on not even thinking of the immediate, short-term consequences for making it. Lying because you can reasonably suspect you won't get caught is one thing, lying even when it's obvious it will quickly be exposed as a lie? That's something people usually develop the executive function to avoid by the time they're out of elementary school.

I never thought I would ever feel second-hand embarrassment for the President of the United States, but here we are.

As Gehenna used to point out... There he goes acting like Israel is an ally (and a smaller, vassal state compared to the US) instead of the de-facto elite rulers that should be deferred to at all times again. They're not going to like that.
