Telnet is most likely not mazal. When you look at sncapedia and soyjakblog, they use different web servers (apache and nginx respectively). Also while they both use cloudflare for the nameservers, they are different nameservers; CLOE and RAY for soyjakblog, and ganz and kia for sncapedia. This means they are different cloudflare accounts. Not to mention sncapedia has the cloudflare proxy on while soyjakblog doesnt. Also my final point: quote doesnt have any proof that mazal had that ip.
