As I've said before, he wouldn't be getting any pay outs. He's openly stated that the detractors take his content and edit it to make him look bad and that's all lies and slander. It's not stealing if it's edited and filled with stuff taken out of context to make him look bad. He has also openly stated that he's fine with people taking his content and editing it after his streams are over and he's gotten the views from it (so he can get the most money). Any court will listen to that and agree that it's either not theft, or Phil will have to agree that everything people are saying about him is true. He won't admit to that, there's actually a lot at stake if he does. His bankruptcy was built upon spending 5k+ dollars a month on his business.

That's also assuming H3 wins, which can go either way since he's on record saying he quite literally orchestrated the whole thing to bait those people. I have no doubt that his jewish black magic and the power of capitalism will give him the edge, but even with such a foundation for a legal argument, one simple statement can bring his whole case down. Phil has literal hours of footage of him stating that restreamers, detractors and trolls don't affect him or his livelihood.
From what I remember, Phil told a story that he and his fat wife were craving burgers after dinner, so they doordashed some late night cheeseburgers.
Phil always talks about how his waif is his “best friend”, but you just know that 90% of the time they spend together consists of the two sitting and stuffing their pie-holes in awkward silence, except for the slobbering and pig-style-eating sounds.
