I think Anusa will never have children at all. She doesn't want to have to care for one for 18 years and knows that you can't just put a kid up for adoption without people noticing and bringing it up. It's not like a dog, where you can just drop it off at the pound if you get tired of it and then make up a cover story to explain its absence (got stung by a wasp and died of anaphylactic shock, etc.).
