Kind of a side conversation but Nick was a car salesman and a comedian, if he was good at renovations and shit it would've been his main gig. They definitely talked to him about it, and he gave them bad advice. Whenever he talks about the house he's building right now he talks about it being a nightmare, aka it isn't as easy as he thinks it is. His advice regarding houses is something I would take with a lot of salt lol.
Funnily enough, they probably would have received better renovation advice from Erick or Charls lol

nick's a good salesman and frankly i respect him more than any of the other wiggers just for not having grifting and content as his main gig, but his takes on property are hot shit once you peel back the "im gonna find the most absolutely raped faggots on zillow and clown them" veneer.

The Season 2 house was the most Schizo-esque house i've ever seen, the Wiggers definitly bought it for cheap and in true Wigger fashion come to find out its now more expensive than if they just rented some office space. Nick probably wouldn't suck dog sperm of his dads balls to have this property.

to anyone believing the legal issue thing isnt part of a gaslight: the fact production is all of sudden interested in open communication should be a huge red flag. they were almost holding back laughter just at the idea of it.
I seem to recall that last season there was legal paperwork people found that indicated the house was going to be condemned or some shit as being a place of ill repute. So it does seem legitimate or at least plausible that they're facing the same issue again. Most likely its the same fags from the last season but to be fair last season they pushed shit to the edge with the homeless guy and also with Burt.

I wish cucumberfeet talked about Bam’s whore mentioning Marky, that was genuinely hilarious and a landmark moment for Schizophrenics everywhere.
I can’t even imagine what Sam’s reaction would of been if he was there in person, such a wasted opportunity.
Is there a clip of this?

The official charge is Keeper of a Disorderly house which is usually just a $500 fine. Basically every Bar and Club in the United States gets these kind of charges as a matter of course because drunks get into fistfights often. But the timeline doesn't even line up, the process of kicking FH2 cast started the day before the threat and they were halfway through the process by the time the cop showed up and offhandedly threatened it.

This happened on stream in Season 3 when someone called the restaurant they were in and had the staff declare there was a phonecall for Marky. Sam just said ignore it to the staff.

It can be real legal issues with the city and also be in furtherance of some gaslight idea they had. Both theories can be true. If nothing else, they'll absolutely gaslight the fish about it even if it's not a work on the audience, but as you said, the idea of open communication is absurd to them so they'll absolutely gaslight us as soon as they figure out a way to do it.

The sleeping in was really limited week one, these last couple days have been ridiculous.
