There's also a high degree of possibility the judge will notice something that got filed should have been under seal or otherwise not public and if it's already publicly available, there's no way to unring the bell.All files are usually set to courthouse viewing only on the day the trial/hearing happens so the updating process is easier for the clerks as well as reducing server use to prioritize it for the presiding judge.
