I don't know how I feel about him going after the Landlords. A lot of NYC landlords are horrble and bascially slumlords and the Landlords also add to the high cost of rent/housing. But a rent freeze will ruin alot of the income for the city and hurt renters. I don't think the state will allow such a big rent freeze like they did during COVID but still

I was honestly a little surprised Trump dropped an F-bomb. He seems really pissed at Israel for blowing their load. Trump is in a far better position vis-a-vis Israel compared to past presidents because he pretty much has the Arab League behind him. Israel going overboard makes everyone's life harder.
