Kind of a side conversation but Nick was a car salesman and a comedian, if he was good at renovations and shit it would've been his main gig. They definitely talked to him about it, and he gave them bad advice. Whenever he talks about the house he's building right now he talks about it being a nightmare, aka it isn't as easy as he thinks it is. His advice regarding houses is something I would take with a lot of salt lol.
nick's a good salesman and frankly i respect him more than any of the other wiggers just for not having grifting and content as his main gig, but his takes on property are hot shit once you peel back the "im gonna find the most absolutely raped faggots on zillow and clown them" veneer.
Sure Nick has mainly worked as a car salesman, but Nick's father renovated and flipped many houses and Nick and his brother would help out with it from a relatively young age. Nick's brother has also continued in the real estate business by working as a realtor.
When reviewing the listings on stream, Nick often points to potential issues like paved driveways and questioning where water will run-off to etc., so I would have thought that ensuring a basement isn't prone to flooding would be a relatively basic topic he should have a handle on. Maybe he doesn't know all the ins-and-outs of what to look for, or maybe they didn't actually get his help? I don't know, just seems like a major screw-up whichever it is.
