He is, in a way. That doesn't mean you can get to damages though. Many people think Nick gave his child cocaine. She has a positive test and he had cocaine. It's actually a pretty reasonable conclusion.

Aaron takes the initial easy and cheap way out. He shouldn't have accepted that initial HRO from the ex ex. He shouldn't have plead guilty to the violation.

I'm on record saying Aaron was a moron and retard for pleading guilty to that misdemeanor. I took some heat from it here, as people focused in on the 50 dollars.

That case was gonna get dismissed. The prosecutor knew it was a dud. Geno and Keanu weren't coming and they had no photo. Then big mouth Aaron confesses, on fucking stream, after the plea. Then the fucking tard violates the terms.

Yes, the whole case is dubious, but he is such a fuckup that he managed to come out with an L, when it was an entirely winnable case.

He did it to save money. It cost him. Aaron always tries to save money and it always fucks him.

I'm going to make a prediction here. Nick is not going to sue Aaron because Kayla doesn't want that. A super chatter asked about when the civil suit will drop and Nick immediately looked over at Kayla and gave a non-answer. This proves that Nick has been driving this entire criminal case giving credence to Kayla not returning the DA's calls, etc is because she truly wants to move on but Nick will not allow her to. Probably goes back to the worst day of Nicks life when Kayla cheated first whether it was emotionally or physically, she started this shit show and Nick has never allowed her to live this down. If he moves forward with a lawsuit, this will put a bigger wedge into their already fractured marriage. He was looking at her alot throughout this stream and all the talks about April was not helping and btw, that Dyan super chatter was April. Im glad Melton addressed the super chat that called that out. Nick will have to decide if his vendetta against Aaron is more important than appeasing his wife but I predict Nick will choose his wife, not because he loves her but because he loves the image of having an intact family. Just my 2 cents...
