Best bet would be to change IP, cookies and use a real adress from google maps or shit from a country that still needs to reach its milestone and doesn't submit or automatically check for the legitimacy of the signature. Tho if you were to make any substantial change in the initiative they'd likely question the legitimacy of the entire thing.
