You can't just post a troon saying "I recommend not unblurring this image" and then not post the image! It seems he's had the bag removed but is now having gastro issues.
They went from terminal to non-terminal pretty quickly (2021). And debilitating physical pain to mild disability and mental illness (2023). And have had government "healthcare" workers recommend it to veterans who wanted their wheelchair ramps subsidized, and parents with children whose disabilities might prove inconvenient.@grok is this true?
Welp. If the whole ordeal makes Fistulissa appreciate the mundane things in life, then not all is in vain.
a waterproof standard size roof reconstruction is 20 grand and up.
Can’t speak for any other countries but total cost of phallo here can easily be 100k+ once you factor in the hospital stay plus complications. No idea what it breaks down to after you factor in insurance, overhead, etc. I think it’s more the fact that you can actually build a good roof vs. make a good dick from a woman’s arm.a waterproof standard size roof reconstruction is 20 grand and up.
a rotdog is apparently around 10 grand. let that sink in for a moment.
a handyman makes more than a surgeon. instead of becoming a doctor for cash, just because a handyman that fixes roofs and walls.
kind of explains why doctors do such a bad job if just fixing walls and roofs gets more cash.
surgeon has your life in their hands and is less diligent than a guy fixing drywall.
you guys know what I'm trying to say here. lol
guy has 20k or more of your cash and tries to do the job right so he doesn't cost you more.
surgeons can end your life with one wrong move and get less than a roof repair.
surgeons have life and death by the balls but get paid less than the guy dropping a hammer and picking it up.
makes surgeons look really sloppy, it really displays what's more valuable in life, having a roof over your head and walls around you is more valuable than most operations. not even most meds cost more than the wood required to fix a roof.
what it takes to produce meds in a lab comes no where close to what it takes to fix a roof in available wood.
I'll talk too much if I keep going. it's pretty radical to think about.
like I said, you guys know what I'm trying to say here. lol
Brother, you could purchase a 2013 Rolls-Royce Ghost, with a 6.6L V12 twin-turbo 563 hp, 575 lb-ft torque engine. But no, they get a decaying bologna wurst hastily stapled to their crotch by an unscrupulous doctor. A real man would go for the car long before the elective genital mutilation. Bod-mod freaks, insecure dicklets, and troons don't countCan’t speak for any other countries but total cost of phallo here can easily be 100k+ once you factor in the hospital stay plus complications. It’s one thing if it’s helping someone who stepped on an IED or had acid thrown in their face, by all means move shit around and hope for the best. Medical experiments for this new religion though? Absolutely batshit.

Of course not, you have to remove the bag before fucking the stoma.Nobody is gonna bang you with an ostomy bag on, dude.
how long does it take to install a rotdog vs a roof though? you literally CANT install a rotdog correctly. A surgeon probably does multiple surgeries with a similar price tag per day. Its one of the only jobs where you can be rich working a 9 to 5.a waterproof standard size roof reconstruction is 20 grand and up.

There is a non zero number of people who would but. The big but...is that they'd have to be down for 1. a man 2. a man of the tranny variety 3. into fucking someone with or messing around with the poop bag and extra shit hole. That's a very small number of people and because trannies usually try to get people from the "regular" dating pool as opposed to explicitly searching far and wide for someone who wants a tranny with a poop bag, their dating life is godawful.Nobody is gonna bang you with an ostomy bag on, dude.
It can easily become his ossuary.Well, he called that thing ''ostussy'',
It also depends on where the ostomy is formed. Someone with an ileostomy is going to be pooping acid liquishit; a lucky left colostomy is passing what's closer to stool, because it got to go through nearly all of the colon. And also depending on the person (and their diet), they may have sort of "regular" poops into the bag or it might be a constant streaming of liquid shit.
Nobody is gonna bang you with an ostomy bag on, dude.
These surgeries like phalloplasty, fake testicles, and breast implants are for a sense of normalcy followng a loss of body parts, not because they're functional. There are risks but sometimes the feeling of not being mutilated or not whole is worth that for people. The difference between pooners and men who've lost their penis or testicles to accidents/disease is that for the former it's a vanity project but for the latter it's to regain that sense of completeness even if it is just a simulacra.@Mary Lee Harvey osWalsh
While I deeply sympathize with men who have had this horrible thing happen to them, I would argue against it even for such individuals, because there simply isn't a way to surgically Frankenstein a urethra out of any other type of human tissue. Men can lose the entirety of their penis, and their urethral functioning will remain largely intact because the urethral sphincter which is under voluntary control is positioned way up in the pelvic cavity. Now, if you take the shortened urethra and surgically "extend" it with another type of tissue that was not constructed to handle the acidic properties of urine, that tissue is going to degrade faster and in ways that are unpredictable. You can never, ever take skin and put it place of a mucosal membrane and expect it to perform the same function.
Remember Gruffin, people? She had a rotdog installed which eventually killed her, but I distinctly remember that she first gained social media notoriety by talking about her urethral diverticulum. Basically, a pocket formed between her "natal" urethra and the fake one connected to her rotdog, it started collecting bacteria, and she was left with an infection that never went away, because regardless of the strength of the antibiotics, the same type of bacteria would always "get stuck" in that pocket that should not exist. A male who lost his dick and had a rotdog sewn in place of it would still this as a likely complication.
She was an awkward tween girl in boy's clothes, which is a tale as old as time, but in clown world it means we must prepare the breast ripping tongs or she might hurt herself. I have a feeling that if they had just left her to angst away that 13-14 year old angst and let her develop normally she would've been over her early teenaged sex dysphoria and found something else to fixate over like every other teenager since the dawn of time. Good that she didn't take hormones at least, she got to keep her pretty face unlike so many others.View attachment 7540618

She currently seems to be doing well, which always makes me happy to see.

I hope she wins so big the hospital has to rip out and sell the electrical sockets for scrap metal to pay her, someone needs to be made into an example for this shit! She is one that is suing both the surgeon and the hospital where he performed her surgery. From memory she’s also suing her insurer who approved and paid for the surgery. I seem to recall that like Chloe Cole, it was Kaiser Permanente that approved her surgery. Hopefully that is moving along, because I can’t see how that surgeon has a leg to stand on scheduling an elective double mastectomy when she 12, and performing that surgery just one month after her 13th birthday.
Double-stoma action. Think of the possibilities! It also depends on where the ostomy is formed. Someone with an ileostomy is going to be pooping acid liquishit; a lucky left colostomy is passing what's closer to stool, because it got to go through nearly all of the colon.

Callback time for xeroform22, who has had quite a well-established saga in this here thread as one of Dr. Centrulo's victims. Surely ever since she first began appearing in the thread in December of 2021, she's finally come closer to having the body of her dreams, right? Nope, she's just finished her eleventh fucking surgery. One year post ALT without top surgery or vnectomy
I had glansplasty and testicular implants in my labia five weeks ago, but my stage 1 was June 10th last year. I also had one round of debulking and then plication. I'm unburied and didn't have UL. My gender identity is male, I've been on T for about 4 years, and I pass when I have clothes on. My surgeon is Dr. Santucci.
I included the 2nd photo for POV of what it looks like when I'm just laying down. It's probably the most affirming angle for me!
Am I happy? Yes! My early recovery was brutal but I would do it all over again. I don't regret not having burial or UL and there's nothing I would change about my setup. I have the pump ED placement later this year. I still obviously have a lot of electrolysis left to do, but I'm saving that for when I can afford it.
I can feel light tactile touch all the way to the tip. I haven't penetrated anyone yet because of erectile dysfunction haha.
Feel free to ask me anything.
This TiF is sporting an arm scar so dark and weathered, it makes me question the longterm integrity of her graft. Still, she's apparently quite the happy camper - even though after only 8 weeks, she has had two revisions for it already.just had surgery number eleven, with my third team. more revisions to go, but finally feeling like there is an end in sight.
it's hard to see the folks who get in with a great team, heal well, and move on happily. (super amped for them, just hard not to be on that team).
so! sending some love out to those of you on the long road like myself. here's hoping we all get where we want to be, even if it take longer than we had planned.
(the graft is a week old. they usually look a bit gross at first, but it's healing really well!)
Checking in on Adventurous_Ad_2153, who we last saw had some real horrorshow results after having aggressive top surgery due to a diagnosis of breast cancer. How'd she end up healing? Surprisingly, better than you would've expected, but still absolutely appalling compared to the results of any other kind of surgery! It’s been officially one year since I had top surgery, and every day I look in the mirror and feel disgusted by the amount of sideboob I still have. Is this amount normal or did my surgeon just do a shit job?? My left side has more than the right but both bother me.
They're just giving TiFs all sorts of scars these days: this chick got her nipples placed underneath the incisions, which I admit is not a very common method of stitching I've seen in my time as an amateur troonologist. Soon we'll see all sorts of top surgery scars just like you'd find in pooner art!DI double mastectomy w/ grafts to remove cancer stage 1 cancer on the left side, but have wanted top surgery prior to diagnosis so win-win for me.
However, the left flap was so thin that blood flow didn’t sufficiently get to the epidermis and died off.
After starting to slough and after my surgeon debrided the dead tissue a few times, she then ordered a PICO 7 vac dressing (negative pressure wound therapy) to suck out the slough and speed up healing so I could start my chemo on time and because I was so unhappy with it. By the time I had started the pico it had been exactly 1 month PO.
Just showing you all that even with a complication with mine, there is hope, and time is key. Although I still have hyperpigmentation from the dressings that was on me for 6 days after surgery, I guess I was allergic. I was told this would go away eventually.. but starting to feel like it might just fade if anything and not actually go away. Wondering if anyone has experienced this and if it did eventually go away?
Photos are in order, last photo being today. Still gnarly but definitely looking way better than having a literal hole in me![]()
Results not what I expected! Haven’t seen this scar/nipple placement before. Thoughts please to set my mind at ease?
GUYS. I’ve waited so long for this surgery and when I got my bandages off today, I saw that my nipples are below my scars. I was told I was getting “hockey stick” incisions. I didn’t think I needed to clarify I would prefer my nipples be ABOVE the incisions? I’m not mad but I am slightly disappointed as it is not what I had been picturing the last few years. Can’t hide the scars with pec development now. But nevertheless I am so glad my chest is flat, and for that I am grateful. I don’t regret my decision and I would do it again in a heartbeat. But I do slightly wish my incisions were placed differently. What do you guys think? Does anyone else have similar scar placement? Also my nipples are too far apart? Meh, maybe a tattoo can distract from that.
And btw, tranny, that week of gastro hell will soon turn into an eternity of Hell if you don't repent from your wicked ways and turn to God for forgiveness for what you did to His design. Good luck, bro.
"Vessel of wrath fitted for destruction" practically describes most SRS results.Romans 9:20-21 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
