If Melton put Nick's daughter on supertips or made a joke about her having a cupholder, Nick would immediately file a restraining order against Melton and begin obsessively watching NLO to find any violations he could
He's actually made multiple inappropriate jokes about Nick's kids, albeit not as extreme as the cupholder joke, and Nick has just passively laughed along. Here's one of the more recent examples at the beginning of this clip of the now infamous keanu stream:

Here Melton, in reference to Nick's accusation that the Nanny paid his Kids to chug energy drinks, jokes:

"They won't open the door for cops but they will open their mouths..."

He does this sort of stuff repeatedly every time Nick's kids, or just kids in general, are mentioned.

A little sample for flavor in case it doesn’t get clipped.

Why the Nanny quit.

I've spent the past 4 hours at work, catching up with one (1 single) week of Rekieta shenanigans, and I am left with this question; would any reasonable person consider this court situation a "W"?
I think its people's inherent tendency to "both sides" a situation. Aaron losing is not necessarily a Nick W unless you believe in a zero sum world.

The new question is, how long will Nick talk about himself in his interview with TurtleBoy, given that he paid no attention to the Karen Read trial.
Turns out Turtleboy thinks Nick is a "lawtube legend". Clearly hasn't been watching his streams. (Edit, I misread your post lmao. My brain read it as "how did Nick talk his way into his interview with Turtleboy". Oh well.)

Then it's only a matter of time

Nick's willing to tolerate Melton's obvious disdain for Nick because he's still generally "on Nick's side"

If Melton ever gets bored and fully throws Nick under the bus it'll go the same way it did with Aaron (his last gay lover)

He doesn't care about Kayla, but he still subjected her to watching endless STMS and had her file police reports to get Aaron in trouble despite her apparent desire to move on.

If Melton snaked on Nick and started sexualizing his kids he'd use the exact same tactics but with them.

To be fair, most people aren't

I think Stoney's took the big W in this recent situation. Having the status of an in house meme between Sean, Copium and Aaron, it was too tempting for Balldo and Hunchback to resist having an impotent victory lap 'drink' at the location. Every time Rekieta drinks a soda he's probably reminded that daddy government has choked off one of the biggest joys in his life. When he orders that Cucka Cola he can practically hear the rattling chains of their domination over him. Melton enjoys hats as cope wear, having the physical stature of a cryptid ogre. But if he wears a fun, crisp hat he's approachable and well groomed, right? Not being permitted to purchase a hat for gloating rights put him into that deserved uncomfortable reminder that this local community finds him repugnant. Both of them can crawl back under the rock where they belong.

It's a MASSIVE Nick W, he's shown he has his wife's dignity on the front burner. That's sarcasm btw

He basically did the Braveheart meme

The one big lesson is that The House Stoney's always wins

Looking at how easily and readily he's gotten Nick to degrade himself and reveal the most embarrassing details of his life for him publicly (he had Nick paying him 20 bucks just to come on his show and talk about how he got cucked for 5 minutes) I can only imagine what sort of private messages are in his possession.

That, and further a potential case against Nick for improper computer access (CFAA), Felton could be in the position to instantly turn on Nick as government's witness.

Thank you. I think I should be able to get the transcript of the sentencing hearing a few days after it happens. Who is willing to pitch in?
I am informed that someone else has already requested the transcript and that "it will be available in the file once it’s produced."

It's a W in the sense Nick achieved a clear-cut legal victory over Aaron. It's an L in the sense that he has placed himself and his family is in this utterly embarrassing situation to begin with.

Really a Cadmean victory.

Per the clips i had seen courtesy of Alyssa and Stallyn, Aaron contacted prosecution and the court ahead of the additional allegations that he had violated his agreement. He was extremely confident that it was all a nothing burger, only to go to his hearing where he walked into what could be misconstrued as a staged display of anger. I'm quite curious if this is just seeing the court being preoccupied and reactionary. where they really aren't going to pay attention to your requests/behavior until it's actually time to deal with you. The way this continues to immediately play out it's difficult to dismiss the Zoolumanti argument.

Now, when Nick goes for his hearing is he going to walk into a similar shit storm? Due to his post conviction behavior that the court won't bother to look into until the day of, or is the judge going to repeatedly slam his gavel screaming "I fucking love visiting the zoo, all charges dismissed. We're all going to the zoo."
