Yeah I noticed that lefties over on Bluesky are basically abandoning their hatred of Zionism in order to focus on the true enemy, those evil hecking Christian Nationalists.
This is doesn't bode well for them because the woke movement's primary strength the past decade has been
unquestioned self confidence and youthful vigor. White men were the problem, everyone else was good and great and they never considered if any infighting or deal making happened. Working with tiers of "opponents" is something they refuse to do, you see it with the "if there's 1 nazi at a table they're all nazis" and the general refusal to have dialogue with people they don't like. This painted a clear picture to the stupid masses that they were the
normal ones and their detractors were a loud, dying minority that didn't need to be considered. Weak people like that.
While that purity spiral has ended up being what killed them, during their hayday it was their greatest strength. That momentum and self assuredness is what brings huge numbers of people on the sidelines, people who just want to be "right" on have a tribe or whatever. Now that they're having to reevaluate which things matter more, that unchecked confidence is going to go away. They'll start thinking about things in a nuanced systematic way and considering their words carefully (ie: being a grown up) and with that step comes the death of youthful vigor.
I know i can be overly optimistic but I was one of these people so I know how they think and why they do what they do. I don't think the left will disappear but the woke left we've come to know, and frankly fear, of the last 15 or so years is gone.
If I had to guess their strategy: they're going to cut the race angle and the tranny angle, but they're going to double down on socialism and probably go back to feminism. Having the women was a huge boon for them, everybody wants pussy especially younger people, and they completely ditched normal women to worship troons and fags. That was a strategic error. The race thing ate them alive on so many levels and even if they'll never admit it most of them are aware that globalism and unchecked immigration undermine wealth equality at the core.
Additionally many women are redpilled on browns and certainly islam at this point so dropping the turd worlder worship will help bring women back. That said, if they pull hard for man hating feminism again it makes their male vote problem worse... and black people as a whole don't care for feminism.
They really are in a massive web of catch 22s. All the right has to do is say "america is great" and that's at least something people can get behind, and one that doesn't risk alienating their lifelong voterbase.
