I don't normally watch Mald's stuff on account of him being the most insufferable twat waffle in existence, but as a Div 2 player I felt compelled to watch some of this, and unsurprisingly he's a complete fucking faggot who doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about,
1)He couldn't even figure out how to start the DLC without his janny holding his hand and literally walking him through it.
2)He talks about how he's played the game for a long time and acts like he's a vet, except he's SHD level ~330 going into the DLC. For those that don't play Div 2 once you hit the player level cap of 40 you unlock the SHD system, and after that everytime you get enough exp for a level you get a SHD level instead. Generally you're considered a noob until you hit at least 1000 SHD because that's when you'll have unlocked all the passive bonuses, and people who have played a lot generally have SHD levels in the thousands, if not tens of thousands. As a comparison I'm at somewhere around SHD 10900ish and I don't consider myself that high levelled.
3)He boasts about having the best build, except it's not. More accurately it kinda is, but only in some very very specific content, namely legendary difficulty strongholds some of the raid bosses and the incursion, which is basically a mini 4 man raid. Outside of those, and especially on the middling difficulty he was actually playing on, the build is massively subpar because you can never actually build up the mechanic it's based on. He'd be far better off taking either some other stuff that don't require massive ramp ups, or since he's playing on babby difficulty where enemies die to a stiff breeze anyway he could take some utility stuff instead.
4)The biggest indicator he's a posing faggot that knows nothing however is his choice of gun (or more specifically his insistence that it's the best weapon). He's using an exotic LMG called the Bullet King whose shtick is that it never needs to be reloaded. On paper that sounds amazing for damage, after all if you never need to reload you can shoot more which = more DPS, except not really, it's actually a giant noob trap.
Sure you don't need to reload but because the base damage of the gun is shit, and the RPM is kinda low, the overall DPS is actually terrible. You get way more damage overall by taking a gun that does more damage and just reloading occasionally, especially on the build he's using where RPM is basically king.
He did mention that he loves the Dark Zone (that's the Division's PvPvE extraction shooter-ish areas) and I pray to god he actually goes in one. They're usually full of 4 man teams of the sweatiest, most try hard, most toxic, shit talking fuckers, who've spent hundreds of hours min maxing their builds and strategies so they can roll idiots like Mald as hard as possible.
