I'd be fine with it. In a post-digital world they'd have to expend some serious effort to shield the identity of an agent who seriously fucks up or face severe legal repercussions

Yes. I also know that this is a valuable tool for concern-trolling, as it makes ICE agents afraid to do their jobs.

I think ICE agents should not wear masks and have nametags, but I also believe if you act in a way that's threatening or violent in defense of an illegal immigrant, you should be charged with treason.

Maybe it's a check your local listings situation. I know there was some sort of protest being proposed for the long July 4 weekend. Besides the next No King Protest, there's supposed to be an upcoming protest against McDonald's for ending its DEI stuff.

There's been so many reasons for the left to protest, I won't be surprised if the next No Kings batch of protests sees people gathering to protest anything they want just so the organizers can inflate the turnout and effectiveness like they did earlier this month. It feels like one of those situations where their protests of everything (ICE, rich people, DEI, etc.) become so ho-hum because they seem to be protesting more to say they're protesting than for any actual reason or cause - especially with all the left-leaning organizations pumping their money and resources into them.
