while sitting on a park bench eating biryani with his hands. Eating with your hands is traditional for some part of South East Asia
out of all the things i've heard or seen about this guy this one is the worst. who eats a wet rice dish with their hands like some kind of fucking animal? disgusting

It's comforting to believe there's a plan, even if its an evil plan. At least then there is some kind of order.

The truth, that no one is actually in charge, is far more terrifying.
I don't think there's "a plan," but I don't think it's completely random either. An endless pursuit of wealth and power by genuine sociopaths produces pretty consistently terrible outcomes, since only the worst sociopaths (usually) achieve the most wealth and power, and ergo naturally gravitate to positions of authority and leadership.

That issue would be pretty easy to solve, by simply having a ticket to ride the bus and paying someone $20/hr to kick free riders and disruptive individuals (i.e. ignorant niggers who can't last an entire 15 minute bus ride without acting like ignorant niggers) off the bus, with them having the authority to get physical if necessary.
Agreed. Armed, empowered security personnel (police, if needed) in every compartment of every public transport vehicle would reduce on-board crime substantially. Do the same for stations, stationing personnel proportionally based on size. Secure the platforms, ticket booths (and machines), turnstyles, points of entry, stairwells and elevators.

Arrest and prosecute anyone caught vandalizing, fare-hopping, committing any crime against any other person, stealing, loitering (e.g. trains come every 5 minutes but that random group of basketball Americans has been hanging around for an hour), etc. Increase penalties for repeat offenders, ultimately banning them after something like 3 strikes, then tacking on trespassing charges any time they're caught again afterward.

More costly in terms of personnel, training, equipment and inevitable litigation? Perhaps, but compare it to the cost of repairing vandalized property and vehicles, lost revenue from people scared away from public transit by all the crime, and litigation that already happens anyway, and I bet it's not actually any more expensive. It would just employ more people and clean a lot of shit up.

I really wonder what the fuck is John Roberts's deal? Not even Ruth Bader Ginsberg had as big of a stick up her ass. Is it that he's a Never Trumper and hates that he lost? I don't understand why he's such a tightass.
I think it is a few things. For one, he was never intended to be the chief justice, he was originally in the process of being an associate justice, but the chief justice died and Bush said "Fuck it, your going to be the cheif justice now" in the middle of the process. So, I think he has a bit of a complex because he got promoted for simply being in the right spot at the right time rather than his merits. This also causes him to be extra concerned about his legacy he leaves behind because he now has the spotlight instead of being just another associate judge. All this wouldn't be a problem if all he had to do was routine cases during a normal administration where he tries to stay bipartisan and not rock the boat too much...

Then suddenly Trump and MAGA happens and now bipartisanism is out the window, almost every case coming his way will fundamentally impact America, Biden added a retarted sheboon that is making the SC even more of a shitshow and, there is a whole rebellion of judges against POTUS he is desperately trying to avoid addressing. There are no easy answers anymore and very action he does will destroy his legacy for one side or more likely both.

Dare I dream if we had gotten Thomas as the chief justice for all these year. Thomas would not have given a fuck about the parties in DC and would have just ruled fair and plainly.

Thomas never forgot what the Democrats did to him. Hell hath no fury like a nigga scorned. May Clarence Thomas live to 150 on pure spite and continue to deliver Ls to the Democrats.

Its Roberts. And the matter isnt birthright. So he wont have to rule on it so he wont.

He either says Trump has to obey all judges forever and that District court judges rule this country or limits get put in. If he does that then Trump will go Jackson and courts permanenetly lose power because Rs are the only ones left with respect for the instituion he represents

Expect some gay test the judge is supposed to apply on their own. He will remand back to the judge and the judge will apply the test and it will go back to lawfare while the appeals court keeps the injunction.

See how Trumps still open criminal charges played out to see what Gay bullshit he will attempt.

Why not simply recreate the Sejm where a single veto from one of over 400 federal judges is enough to stop any policy? If there is one constant in the history of the SCOTUS, it's that they'll always chose the option that increases their power.

Expect some nonsense ruling where Federal judges can unilatteraly impose any injuction or mandamus on the executive as long as SCOTUS approves of it.

The problem is that feminism lies and makes men that women don't find attractive.
I think you might see the rise of the "woke jock", a handsome masculine bloke who does masculine things but who is still down for the struggle and female emancipation and all that. The Hugo Schwyzer, Joss Whedon, and SNAG era of feminism is likely over for good.

Pedro Pascal and Travis Kelce will be the template.

So "PC Principal" and the like?

He could try making a legacy of his own instead of pretending everything is fine. Save the court, don't oversee its downfall. Such a wallflower Roberts is

How brow beaten is the liberal to ignore that little voice in the back of their head telling them their rainbow shit is unnatural, or that certain groups of people are far more violent than others?
It's their free choice, and what makes them happy must be good. Tabula Rasa and moral relativism for the rest. Getting to the level of understanding many cultures are incompatible and/or worse is a massive hurdle when you've been conditioned for decades nearly from birth to not see it in any fashion except paradoxically that white culture is bad.
