I think it's basically up to them if they let you back in or not. It probably has to do with the wording of "indefinite" instead of permanent or lifetime.
he did not actually exclude himself from Stake
he sent a message on Stake to the chat window he complains to, at the request of that rat host in return for juice (thousands of $ IIRC)
but i remember he got a response, saying they will only exclude you if you send an email to the right email address with the request, its a specific process
the people in that chat are not equip to exclude your account, that is a separate department, and they detailed exactly how to do it
they gave him a step-by-step HOW to get excluded, he did NOT follow those steps, he didn't do anything because he had the money already
he sent the initial message to the chat window, collected the money from the host, then gambled and didnt follow up
our boy is not self excluded from Stake, he might be banned from 1 of them but he is not excluded

Can anyone confirm that there is in fact a juice bot in his cord? lmfao Let the juice flow!

I doubt it. He's banned from kick and self-excluded from Stake.us, which is the version of the site they'd want to sponsor him on since they are one of the only big online crypto casinos that goes for the "legal in US!" angle.
I find its legality questionable under the strict letter of the law. They're creatively using a "sweepstakes" exception to general gambling law to claim legality even though they're spreading traditional games of chance with a house advantage for profit and both accept and pay out in cryptocurrency, which while not legally currency is still a "thing of value" as covered in most laws.

This is sort of similar to how sites like Draft Kings operated under the "fantasy football" loophole but were in actuality just straight up sports betting with a thin veneer of deniability and did in fact end up declared illegal in at least some jurisdictions.

Where the feds often go after sites, it's under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. Contrary to popular belief, this did not outlaw any forms of betting that were previously legal, but merely criminalized the use of the U.S. banking system to facilitate such transactions. That's why real money games have effectively been shut down.

There's been a sort of uneasy truce on sites that only operate in crypto. I believe these are illegal under the laws of most states, but there has been very little in the way of enforcement action. One exception I can think of is a Bitcoin poker site (formerly Seals With Clubs and now swcpoker.club). A founder and promoter of the site (Bryan Micon) happened to live in Las Vegas and the Gaming Commission went after him. You do NOT want those fuckers on your ass. They are both corrupt and ruthless.

It ended with a really weak plea deal to pretty much nothing but I'd avoid anything online if you're anywhere in Nevada (at least on the operating end they aren't going to go after punters).
The odds of boss finding some way to get back on a site he's self-excluded from, not through something like a VPN but through a paid sponsorship? With a website that wants to be on the up-and-up in the US?
Stake is scummy but I'm pretty sure they're on the up and up as far as the actual games and they love having an at least tolerated chunk of the lucrative U.S. gaming market while their competitors scrape for crumbs.

I don't think this is correct, from what I remember he was in a private call with Bean who made him self exclude from both stake and BC game using the built in self exclude functionality within the site. You don't have to email anyone to do it, there is a section of stake.us where you can click a button to self exclude your account, and probably the same on BC game. I bet the only reason he wasn't excluded on shuffle is because they didn't have a self exclusion button so he probably sent the email to the wrong email, or maybe they did a follow up email to confirm that he never accepted.

i might be wrong but i could have sworn that was what happened but maybe the call happened later on
Well he claimed to have gotten a bonus on Stake.us after the "self exclusion" on Discord and we've seen him gamble on Shuffle through Shuffle's public API using the bots in the Keno chat, so he's at least not self excluded on those sites.
Yeah he proof he "self excluded" was messaging support staff and declaring he was excluding himself permanently, which doesn't actually do anything. All staff would tell him is how to get to the page where you self exclude, which he didn't do.
You can't self exclude via support chat on Stake. He wrote the support he wants to self exclude and they answered with the steps he has to take in order to self exclude (you gotta write Stake an email and the first self exclusion is only for 24 hours)

So in short he never self excluded. He lied.
but if Bean got to him offline and he told us later he did it, my bad
i was under the impression the info in thread was correct when i couldnt find anything to the contrary when searching "exclude" and "Bean separately

Regardless if he is self excluded or not, the biggest hurdle is still going to be getting unbanned from Kick. Boss is a retard so he would need someone from the Discord to write the apology letter for him. Even then, I don't think his chances are good. You have to be a real fucktard to get banned from Kick. I feel like his best shot would be to somehow get someone with more clout like Trainwrecks to make an appeal on his behalf. IDK how he would go about doing that though.

a few times people reached out to Eddie on his stream, sending a donation to get Bossman unbanned, videos posted in thread before
the way Eddie put it is he can make suggestions but the team dedicated to bans makes the decision about the more serious bans like Bossmans
at least thats the position he is took, and maybe just decided to not bother getting involved

the last time people interacted with Eddie on stream it was to ask him to bail out our boy
he put up a poll about whether or not to bail out Bossman and Evil Eddie decided to have a laugh instead when the votes came back no
"hahahaha everyone is saying no hahahaha"
:bossman: when Eddie is actually laughing at you :bossman:

This from the same guy who refused to pay anyone a dime when he had $250,000.
bossman pays people back when he can and when they aren't rats. how the fuck do you know he can pay someone back even if he has 250 banderooskis? that money was already earmarked for more gamba and crack and shoes and weed and headphones and fines and rehabs and crack

but not big bufords. bossmom buys the big bufords cus she's the best

The streaming bans are a bigger problem than the loss of gambling sponsors. Scrappy 5 dollar bids can be just as intense as 500 bids. One is from the little money he scrapped together himself, the other is money someone threw at him.

Bossman Jack needs to be released from prison immediately. Someone contact the president. The rats are trying to. make America poor again.
Don't worry, he cointossed his way out. The parole officer's mom is satisfied as well.

Kick bros...
It's not surprising really. Even Twitch he only gets by because he isn't really well known, it's a tiny niche of specific people following him. He's everything websites don't want to associate with, and he doesn't actually have the numbers to be too profitable to lose. It's honestly more surprising that Twitch let him take the sensitivity training shit to get past a permaban. As soon as they notice what the content of his streams actually is he's probably gone on twitch too unfortunately.
