Jerome Powell catching strays from Trump
No strays. That shifty fucking jew deserves all the ire. He's literally trying to pull a Soros on our economy to prevent things from getting better while the "wrong" person is in charge. He should be black bagged and the fed nationalized, but we've all seen what happens if a country goes after the central bankers.

Honest question why are black women seemingly so overrepresented as judges? IRL and in media. A judge is no fucking joke as a job, you'd expect to see a more demographically representative group.
Black women plague all government jobs where you can sit on your fat ass for 40 years and not get fired

people who cheer on age verification, on Kiwi Farms of all places, which will absolutely lead to ID requirements for all webpages that will completely kill the internet as we know it is always so strange

also, the Texas law (and some of the laws in other states) say age verification is only for websites where over 1/3 of the content is pornography. so get ready for all websites to have mountains of AI generated content to get around the verification laws

Shortly, MAGAs will be along to argue this isn't acktually happening and it's a good thing it is like they did with militarization of police yesterday. Totes not an agenda for digital biometric IDs being unrolled.

Fun fact: DOGE was verified up in the Dept of Homeland's biometric ID system. I wonder, what could that be about????

Yes but don't get excessively cocky. Thomas aka the best and most based judge is fat, 80, and reportedly suffers from a multitude of health problems including heart issues.

We don't need a conservative repeat of the RBG situation.
Sotomayor is most likely to pull an RBG. Thomas wants to sunset while riding around the country with his wife in his fancy RV. I dont think he wants to die while on the bench. I truly hope the SC is pulling a 4D chess move to have Jackson leave the SC by utilizing shame and embarrassment, they all but straight up called her a retard.

Affirmative action + blacks are too stupid to lack confidence + women are too stupid to lack confidence.

A white man would take a look at a position just beyond their capabilities like SCOTUS judge and go "I don't know, I'd have to grow a lot to get there, or after I got there. Maybe I shouldn't."

A black woman would take a look at a position just beyond their capabilities like being able to read a book without pictures and go "AYOOO I'm a KWEEN datz OWED dis for SLAVAWY by the WHYPOPO!" and dare the rest of the world to stop her from taking what she's "owed."

That mentality is beat out of White Men via indoctrination in all of Western education, media, and pop culture, from the day they are born -- but not out of blacks or females.

But really. Women get a free ride thanks to Affirmative Action. Blacks get a free ride thanks to Affirmative Action. Remember, if you aren't hiring 50% blacks and 50% females, the only conclusion legally allowed is that you're racist and sexist. So comfy jobs where you don't have to do any "real" work -- there's no affirmative action on crab fishing boats or garbage scows -- attracts these types.

Bonus points since it gives the activist subtype (Black + Female + Denmother) power over other people.

Thomas and Alito retiring to ensure they're replaced in a Republican term (:optimistic:) and Sotomayor dropping dead means Trump will have put six out of nine concurrently serving Justices on the bench. That's gotta be the most since the founding.
Hopefully Thomas and Alito have some sense and do that. The Ds will most likely pull a RBG and stay on until they are breathing through tubes, and a fart is taken as a sign of "vivacious activity full of life."
Interestingly only 3 justices died while exerting:
William Rehnquist(R)(81): Cancer and didn't quit till he died
Antonin Scalia(R)(80): died overnight, with the only problems being poor heart health. No autopsy, which leads to conspiracies of assassination. Def sus imo.
RBG(D)(87): Cancer since the fucking 90s, another round in the 00s, another around 2018, and another in 2020. Oh, and a stent placed in 2014.
From kikepedia:
However, by May 2020, Ginsburg was once again receiving treatment for a recurrence of cancer. She reiterated her position that she "would remain a member of the Court as long as I can do the job full steam", adding that she remained fully able to do so.
The greed she had for power was amazing, she doomed the Ds to the current state of the SCOTUS because she wouldn't quit when she was dying. After 2 rounds of cancer and having to have a stent placed, you would need to come to terms that you're not healthy and most likely than not the next president will be an R, since Obongo was on his second term. But no, she just needed to be big strong powerful womyn or someshit.

I suspect the other D judges will be the same, specially the Kenjita DEI hire.

Reading the majority opinion's barely-polite excoriation of Jackson is giving me a lawgasm. It basically says, "Not only is this bitch profoundly stupid to the point that I can't even believe she put this shit in writing, she is also living in a world of make-believe with no basis in reality."
Her vote counts just as much as Thomas's.

Reading the gay books opinions, I think behind the scenes what basically happened is the schools deliberately put the books sprinkled into the English program instead of in their own special lesson specifically so that opt-outs would cause a clusterfuck. Then they used the potential for that clusterfuck as a justification to ban opt-outs. The between the lines reading of the decision to me is, "Tough shit because the parents have a right to opt-out of your brainwashing anyway, so I guess you shouldn't fill your English program with books that are going to cause an opt-out clusterfuck, huh?"
The Board cannot escape its obligation to honor parents’ free exercise rights by deliberately designing its curriculum to make parental opt outs more cumbersome. The Board also suggests that permitting opt outs from the “LGBTQ+-inclusive” storybooks would be especially unworkable because, when it permitted such opt outs in the past, they resulted in “unsustainably high numbers of absent students.” Id., at 12. But again, the Board’s concern is self-inflicted. The Board is doubtless aware of the presence in Montgomery County of substantial religious communities whose members hold traditional views on marriage, sex, and gender. When it comes to instruction that would burden the religious exercise of parents, the Board cannot escape its obligations under the Free Exercise Clause by crafting a curriculum that is so burdensome that a substantial number of parents elect to opt out. There is no de maximis exception to the Free Exercise Clause

It's not the UK, it's Rome. How many art pieces show the founding fathers reading Cicero? Holy shit the US school system is bad
If they wanted Rome, they wouldn't have a weak federal government having to play ball with state governments. Such an idea would've been alien to the Romans. The only "state" they respect is the Roman state, which is all-powerful.

Also, check your fucking history. A majority of the American populace at the time of the founding of the USA were Protestants who didn't want anything to do with Rome, Christian or Pagan.
