They're so desperate to sell the house that they're willing to make a nominal and a real economic loss on it. I think it's a combination of being broke and being in terror of lawsuits tgat they want move it asap. Anisa could just be being an idiot though, so I am not sure

Jesus christ imagine paying one whole million dollars to live in a 1500 square foot house.

I know they hate landlords or whatever but they could literally buy like 5 pretty nice properties in the southeast for that kind of money and rent them out and probably never have to work again in their lives.

The sheer number of YouTubers/streamers who moved to California to have absolutely nothing happen with their careers or actively have them destroyed is insane. The fact that most of them went from living in perfectly affordable areas to million dollar shitboxes and living in poverty just to "network better" is embarrassingly stupid.
