Wondering if a decisive factor in Yaniv's woes was AI taking over the SEO and Ad Sense work he used to depend on for income.
Not forgetting of course that we only have Jon's word that he actually *is* an expert at SEO and AdSense.

Most of his activity seemed to be nothing more than fucking about with Facebook settings and nothing that most 14 year olds are capable of.

I thought that speculation about student housing was a joke but it seems to not be and the possibility that the could be roommates with a 17 year old freshman is horrifying. "Surely there must be an age limit to protect students from that kind of thing happening." No, there isn't.

When I think about it, it seems more and more likely. He loves harassing and suing people over his gender and his untrained service dog and the dorms would basically be open season.

Ugh.
Wasn't he banned from campus, and only allowed to attend remotely?

If he owes strata/condo fees, can’t the condo board seize the condo too? Maybe it’s different in Canada but in the US if you owe back condo fees, the condo association in some cases can legally seize your unit and sell it to recoup their losses.

He was banned some time ago, I'm not sure if that ban is still in effect.

Looking at the range of accommodation available, if he's able to apply for space there it'll rapidly become an administrative nightmare as he'll insist that they allow his "service dog" to reside with him and be allocated a ground floor courtyard apartment because of his "disabilities".

I really don't think they want him. According to what I have gleaned from information, someone had their own personal security guard orbiting around them at UBC, this is the result of their bogus police report they had filed regarding some random person in a random bathroom talking about how donald was planning on being a school shooter (I can't remember if I posted that before being gagged or not, think I did). Hard to believe ubc believed the improbable report, but after seeing what the foip produced I actually believe they were stupid enough to do what I had heard.

I Have my doubts if SFU is actually that stupid too (but maybe they are).

I check on this saga from time to time.

Mostly to see if Yaniv is either dead or a vagrant at the side of the street pushing a shopping cart full of tampons around
Waiting for the Traniv-Ogre/Goku-Vegeta arc. They put aside their differences to team up and destroy women once and for all.

So I wouldn't get your hopes up in this situation. This fucking mutant has pigroach like luck for the most part. He has taken some Ls before, but he always seem to skirt by any real trouble, especially when it comes to the courts. Celebrate when video emerges of him sucking dick for Cheesecake Factory food.

Do not do this

Perhaps not. Have a look at the following images. I am so disgusted with certain authorities but what this pig has done is egregious on so many levels.

First there was a witness list leaked from the SLAPP issue that has silenced me, guess who was given it despite that list being used for witnesses of harassment?

They then proceeded to call every number they didnt already have on that list within minutes of getting access to that list. Then they hounded donald relentlessly till they attempted to extort him:

We didn't take the 1000 12-16 year old aspect of the extortion for a guilty plea threat seriously but they made good on it, it's actually 1400+ from the looks of it:

"Tessa" who is 15 years old shared us how they made good on that threat:

Also donald has a recorded threat from a 15 year old boy from texas on his voicemail, threatening in one message to murder donald, and in another to inflict bodily harm using a bat.

There have been other children and yaniv has been using this as cover for their own harassment, they are utilizing the mannerisms of danny martin and others from alberta to muddy the waters, but also ratted out the sock number they had used to extort donald with to langley rcmp. Cst. Paul kelly IS AWARE OF THIS. There is a story behind all that but this is all I can disclose for now, as this government is probably more disgusting than yaniv is.

I am of the opinion that I will not be gagged when so many children are potentially being dragged into this. I just can't keep my mouth shut and watch and do nothing.

Not sure about condos in Canada but stratas are regulated by legislation and governed by a Body Corporate; a group of nominated and elected owners. Collection of fees is done by a management company, collection of late fees may require a vote by either the board at a regular or special meeting or the BC at their AGM, depending on their constitution. They can pursue a debt by voting on placing liens and enforcing a sale but they might have decided to let the bank do the heavy lifting, and there might not be enough equity to recover the debt plus reasonable costs. The foreclosure process is probably going to be finalised more quickly than any BC led debt recovery so if he’s dispossessed and chucked out t’s a moot point. Also, litigation is stressful, especially for old people. Much easier to watch a big old banking institution kick the living shit out of Yaniv from the sidelines.

You're right. You continue to blab, contaminate and actively help Yaniv.
I get that angle but the system is so corrupted that the only way to achieve victory now is to cast it out of the darkness that the rot in the system has relied upon. The ministry of attorney general has done something very bad that has enabled all of this. They would love us all to be silent until everything gets stale and exceeds limitation periods, drag things out, etc. they have been breaking their own rules even. One cannot count on this system to do what is correct under a cloak of secrecy it will just never happen. There are bigger things at stake than just the two parties involved, their rot in the legal system has been spreading like a cancer and if people do nothing, one day we will wake up to the sort of legal system that existed in communist russia or present day communist china. Literally what I blabbed about is a drop in the very full, almost overflowing bucket.

I don't see how this is helping Donald much, but I equally don't see how it's helping Yaniv. It's pointing out a list was leaked to fatass who has used it maliciously.

Those would be listed against the property registry.

If in doubt, I would always place a lien, but obviously I’m not the condo association. Liens are a useful tool to ensure payment.

As an aside, I’d also check to ensure the municipal taxes are up to date.

A key requirement in Canada (generally…) is the property has to be sold at the market rate. So a property evaluation will take place shortly to determine this price. This is how yaniv could walk away with a few ¢; the market price - what’s owed could be positive since Vancouver is crazy expensive real estate market that defies gravity.

Would be curious if cmhc is also involved. But that’s an aside.

You're absolutely correct that there is systemic corruption, but consider how many pedophiles, rapists, whatever have walked because well intentioned vigilantes gummed shit up. Have you retained a lawyer to investigate this corruption, because when you type out shit that makes it sound like you're treating this like a Final Fantasy game, you're not going to end up helping Donald.
