Have you seen the Ali Abulaban court footage? This channel talks about him being a narcissist, but tbh I don't see much difference in his attitude from the average Middle Eastern man, even though he's "westernized" (i.e. has given up any Muslim traditions that don't suit him, but still kept the woman-hating ones).
