Anyone who says they’re “addicted to Starbucks” is just addicted to sugary drinks. Starbucks is just the more socially acceptable scapegoat.

I’ve been getting Starbucks a lot more recently due to [redacted personal BS] and the amount of people who order what are basically coffee flavored milkshakes is fucking wild.

It’s so insane that I can always immediately find my drink because it’s the only black coffee on the order table. And yeah the coffee is terrible but it’s the only coffee I can get without [redacted personal BS].

All of the fat cows (most with their own threads) prove how stupid they are when they use protein chips, bars and drinks to get their protein in. None of them seem to want to throw a steak, chop, chicken breast, fish fillet, even eggs in a frypan. If they want veggies but don’t want to mess around cooking them, there is the easy microwave steam fresh option from the supermarket freezer. They don’t need any of the “protein” gimmicks if they fill up on solid proteins plus veggies, and they will lose weight, and do so fairly rapidly and healthily. The only carbs they should be consuming are the ones in the veggies.
For her personally I'd suggest she tries OMAD.
There’s no way this woman could do OMAD, she couldn’t even do an 18/6 fast, unless the 18 hours was eating and the six was fasting while she sleeps. A diet has to be doable to get long term success, and these deathfats will just binge eat if they get hungry and feel restricted to OMAD.
 
I gave up on coffee, I ruin myself drinking these. I don't even drink a full one a day. Probably not even half.

Palegingerpear does this. Protein cookies and pop tarts, coffee loaded with ‘sugar free’ syrups and caramel sauce, ‘lipedema friendly’ baked goods. It’s just retarded. When your body looks like a 500 pound melted candle, maybe posting recipes for your homemade shamrock shake isn’t the best idea.

Batch-cooking proteins in advance, that you can keep in the fridge to add to meals or eat on their own, is hella easy. Do a London broil, roasted chicken, hard-boiled eggs, and/or seasoned ground beef, and you've only got to clean one pan every few days. Chicken and ground beef, in particular, are hard to fuck up. Heck, you can even buy ready-made hard-boiled eggs and rotisserie chickens, and you're set for days.

But deathfats are pretty much universally child-brained, addicted to "treats" and craving novelty junk food, so yeah, they're going for the chips and bars and shakes, and that it's got extra protein is just cover for that. I don't believe they really give a shit about protein.

God I remember some old /fph/ photo that got posted a lot of these disgusting drainage tubes coming out of her muppets tattoo. I wish I had it; I’m sure it’s back in this thread somewhere maybe.
 
I don't believe they really give a shit about protein.
I think they do, they just don’t want steak or unbreaded chicken, unbattered fish, or egg bites that don’t come from Starbucks. I do believe these cows want to lose weight, and they’ve tuned into successful content creators who pretty much all talk about prioritising protein. They believe protein is a key, they just don’t realise that they need solid protein to satiate, not powdered soy or pea protein baked into chips, bars or gimmicky thick shakes. Geez Louise, it’s simple. Just get your protein from whole foods not manufactured junkfood.

While I do do this, these days it’s not even necessary when nearly every household has an air fryer. Use a liner and just throw in some chicken drumsticks/thighs, hamburgers, fish etc with some seasoning. Even veggies can go in. Just don’t kill a good steak in one. It’s no effort and no mess.
