You don't run water pipes on outside walls. I looked at pictures of his house, and the bathroom he is talking about

He said they'd have to demolish the whole shower to fix it. Wrong. The shower faces the other way, there is a false wall where the plumbing runs up. To fix it, cut an appropriate size hole on the back, fix the leak, and repatch the hole. Simple.

I'm almost sure he doesn't know a cucumber is a damn pickle either. Everything has to be more complicated than need be, and actually having a contractor over to remodel his bathroom taking 2 weeks to fix would never happen. The snort fort can't be accessed that long

If I recall correctly, he's stated that he discovered it a few years back and still hasn't been addressed yet, I also believe he said it visible in the ceiling in one of the first floor rooms. They would absolutely have to tear apart the shower wall and parts of the floor to get rid of the mold since it's an actual health hazard and can get buildings condemned if the spread is bad enough.

I won’t live in a condo/HOA situation for many reasons, a neighbor like Phil being one of them. The idea that some lazy, asocial retard would destroy not only his unit but mine as well…unbearable. People go to jail for far less on a daily basis.

Jesus Christ. Nobody is going to give somebody leeway over black mold being in a Condo he's still paying off. That's why it's going to be a disaster if he attempts to refinance his Condo because the bank will send somebody there to evaluate the property and get an estimate on the damages and repairs that need to be done. Black mold is an actual health hazard that will get buildings condemned.

With that out of way, according to PPG, he mentioned in 2020 that his attic had "no significant mold" when he first moved in, it was around this time he had mentioned food items in his kitchen going moldy fast and a couple days prior believed his allergies might be due to mold, but he had no real idea. It's highly possible there was a mold problem that didn't get noticed because it was in the wall where moisture and heat will make it spread like wildfire and the spores will cause that shit to spread fast, which would explain his sudden allergy problems and the food spoiling faster than usual. The idea that his Condo has been infested with mold since he moved in is kind of hilarious to me and could explain a lot of his health problems with his coughing and congestion. Of course, this isn't 100% factual, he'd need somebody to actually go through the unit to find, but it would make sense given the state it's in.

But on a third note, while Phil was sperging out about how much he drinks on stream now, he claimed there's no such thing as a recovering alcoholic. Dude really either needs to stop drinking or he needs to start thinking before he says things so he doesn't sound like a moron. This whole crash out over alcohol is fucking hilarious.

He has called himself a former alcoholic. I guess in Phil's mind alcoholism is a binary state, if you are an alcoholic and then you stop drinking, you are not recovering you just instantly stop being one. And then it is totally fine (and not a relapse) if you start drinking again later.
