I think that's Aaron's play here, and possibly one of the smartest he's every had. Only get a physical restraining order, Nick gloats and goes harder, then use that to file for a more comprehensive one. Showing that Aaron has ceased communication, avoided contact and is still being harassed.

I dunno if Aaron is that smart, but if it works, then good for him, I guess.
