Wow! Thanks so much for sharing the chat logs, they were very informative and I definitely feel like I understand a little more of the picture now. But since you've said that her part of the chat logs is all lying, and that you've got a series of emails that would prove it, I'm very curious to see those emails. I am reserving all judgment, of course, until I see them. But you have to understand that when all we have is one person saying "you raped me" and one person saying "I swear I didn't," if the accused has some evidence in his defense, it's something we all need to see. This is correct and normal in any justice system, so I hope you will acknowledge our right to see this defensive evidence before we make any real determinations about who is lying or not.

JPG files 10-45 are from before my ex broke up with me. JPG files 46 to the end of the album is after she broke up with me. Timeline is 2010-2011. 57 pictures. The phone number listed in some of the screenshots does not belong to her anymore. I did my best to order these pictures chronologically. Most of them should be in the exact chronological order. It's a good start, but to be totally honest, what's missing here is everything from right around the time of the breakup. Without knowing what was being said at the time of the breakup, there's really no way to say whether you're telling the truth or not. I am still withholding judgment.

Unfortunately I do not have much from around the time she broke up with me and I was in person with her. However, what I have is that her exact claim is that i raped her "spiritually". And that i kidnapped her "with manipulation and oppression". She does not elaborate on this, but what it seems to me is that at least at the initial time she made the statement, she was not thinking that I actually raped her, but rather that I had done some things sexually to her which made her feel degraded as if she had been raped. Or perhaps she thinks I deceived her into being with me. In which case perhaps she would claim i did rape by deception. Even though I do not think I deceived her into sleeping with me, and I think she deceived herself. But evenso, as I mentioned I am of the current position that socalled rape by deception is not rape. She mentions kidnapped with manipulation and oppression. Again this is loosely defined. She is implying that I did not actually kidnap her, but that I tricked her and strongly pressured her into coming with me and that my beliefs oppressed her. Because she did not fully clarify her statements, its not clear entirely what she means so I can only guess. But what is evident that she was not claiming i raped her or kidnapped her in any traditional sense that is most commonly associated with those words.

Also you can see by the the messages in the album I posted a little ago that after she broke up with me she made statements like "you were not lacking." To make a statement like that at the time, unless she was lying, would suggest that at the time she did not feel that I had raped her or that I kidnapped her. Because to her I was not lacking.

She chose Ariel has a hebrew name. She no longer goes by that name. As for Seth. My ex was best friend's with a woman named Madison. Madison and Seth were married, but Madison was unable to get pregnant from Seth and so Madison suggested to my ex that my ex should become Seth's concubine to give her a child surrogately. After this happened, Madison and Seth grew distant and eventually decided to separate and wanted a divorce. During that time, my ex was still sleeping with Seth. When I met my ex online, she was still in a sexual relationship with Seth. I told her I did not agree with what she was doing and that I believed she was not bound to be with Seth. I convinced her to leave Seth in order to be with me instead.
