Recently undergone Glottoplasty with Dr. Chadwan in London. I’m about 2 and a half weeks post op and I’m very disappointed. I feel like I sound exactly like my old voice and it’s very depressing and disheartening. Here’s my pre op, 8days, and 2 week update. Before and after my semi rigid rod implant and revision. No debulking, he just pulled the shin tighter to improve the shape near the base. The rod also straightened things out. VERY happy with the appearance! (I've also had some medical tattooing in between stages, but not finished)

These hills don't have eyes: a TiF decided to go nipple-free for her top surgery, but her scar line is so strangely uneven it reminds me of the rolling hills of the classical Microsoft desktop background.

Can finally see my full incision…someone please tell me it’s not as bad as my brain wants to say it is.​

4 weeks post op and now that all the dressings are off, I’m hoping it’s just my brain being irrational but I am completely distraught, I have two totally different scar shapes. One that runs under the pectoral exactly like I wanted and then…the other one. It’s nearly a full inch above the good one, cutting directly through my chest. Am I going insane or are these badly mismatched? Like. The scars are nice and thin and I love that part of it but it’s the whole everything else that makes me want to claw my skin off.

Swollen & painful hand at nearly a year post op?​

Hi guys,
I had stage 1 RFF in Aug last year.
My hand on my donor arm the last couple weeks has gotten really swollen again and quite painful and tender to touch/move in some ways. Spoke to Charlotte at NVH who said it could be the heat but I should speak to my GP. Spoke to my GP yesterday after sending pics and he said my veins in the back of my hand and ring finger & the next finger along are clearly swollen & inflamed but it’s probably the heat, and to come back to them if it’s no better by next week. He didnt really give me any advice apart from taking over the counter pain relief.
I’m struggling to grip/open things and it feels really weak, like being 5/6 weeks post op again. No one seems worried so I feel I shouldn’t be but has anyone else had this? Does anyone have any tips? Do I just need to ice it and take it easy? Will it do this every time there is a heatwave?

We saw the accursed flesh of excuincle all the way back in May of 2023, but it seems that things still haven't been going her way: she tried to get an erectile implant but within barely a week, it was so infected it forced her doctor (Dr. Maurice Garcia) to urge her to the ER. Now she awaits the procedure to save her life, devastated that she can't make her stupid pool noodle stand at attention.

ED inflatable implant and it went to shit​

I was only fortunate enough to have my penis erect for a few days until, on the 4th day, it started to swell and hurt more than the first few days. I took all the hygienic precautions and took care of it, but that didn't save me from getting infected. I went into the chitophane completely healthy and came out with a cough and phlegm. They told me it was because of the tube they put in to breathe. After that, my testicle swelled and my penis, which was always cold, became hot. Until, on the 5th day, fluid started coming out of the testicle they cut to insert the implant. It was blood and water. I called the doctor who was on vacation and he sent me to the emergency room to be admitted until he arrived and removed the implant. I've been here for 5 days, waiting for it to arrive, which according to reports is now at 6 pm. They'll take me to the operating room. No way. I have to lose now

And to round everything off, Veinscrawler is still in the throes of his unhinged breakdown, continuing to comment on his own post completely unprompted with the scribblings of a madman possessed. He also apparently has polyps in his urethral meatus and keeps trying to get free legal advice on Reddit about taking his doctors to court.

I hate them. I hate them so much. This is cruel. This is evil. This is sick. This is literally what transphobes and TERFs say these surgeries are. Mutilation without real consent. It's surgeons like the ones at BMC that give these surgeries a bad name. Every other surgeon I've met with is so much better. Fuck BMC. They deserve to be obliterated from the map into obscurity. I don't care if other people think they've benefited from having surgery there. They are trash and should not exist as a hospital. I hate them. Those other people would have been better off with one of the SIX other teams performing these surgeries in Massachusetts.
Boston Medical Center is a trash hospital, and every other hospital knows it. Fuck them. They suck. They mutilated me and lied to me about it for months afterwards. Fuck them. I hate them. I hope they lose funding and cease to exist. They're trash.
Bostom Children's Hospital and UMass are way better. Screw BMC.
