At this point, payment processors and also things like paypal are so ideologically poisoned it's pretty difficult that something will come out of complaining to them, unless the goverment itself does it. Think of Jersh and all of the places that don't want to process payments for merch or donations. Paypal themselves will reject payments you make to certain orgs they don't like (generally conservative or right wing, but it wouldn't surprise me but they were deliberately okay with csam related payments too), so why couldn't Visa et all also be rotten inside? I mean, we know Roblox itself definitely is, given the constant pass they give to these subhumans being on their platform and operating openly.

VISA de-platformed multiple manga retailers, IN JAPAN, over loli. There was wailing and gnashing of teeth over that. I am hunting down what is going on with that, was it corporate overreach or did someone in the Japanese government tell them nicely to do that? I think it's a mix of risk adversity/knowing how the wind is blowing. This is NOT 2015. USAIDS got defunded and the degenerates don't have the war chests that they used to have.

However you are right to be cautious, this is not something to bulldoze into. It will require the best trolls to put on their thinking caps and thinking of the best way to make this a big problem for rich people. It would have to be done in a way where it's submitted, enough people got WTF! and start yelling. The neat part is internet trolls are NOT CONFINED to a jurisdiction:

When internet trolls have the moral high ground, the situation is BAD. we are NOT confined to one country or one set of laws. This IS an international problem, and surprise surprise obsecinity laws vary from country to country, state to state. If we are smart about this, and if this is done in a right way, we can light several political fires all over the place and get the into international trouble.
 
You know, what surprises me is the mods not going rogue. Like I said the higher ups are absolutely on board with this because ((Baszucki)) is too. But the moderators confuse me. Ruben has shown that there will be bans and game deletions happening if the euro MFD volunteers report the garbage or if he himself tweets it, so there are moderators that do give a damn in Roblox's staff, probably the non indian ones. What I don't get is why none of them is speaking out about this from the inside anonymously. It's not like there aren't ways for them to protect themselves and cover their asses fully while blowing the whistle.
What kind of iron grip does Roblox's upper management have on their moderator's balls that hasn't let anybody normal in there say anything?

My hunch is that the mods either don't have the tools they need to moderate. That would indicate that the roblox people don't want to spend the money on training and tools. Either that or most mods are complacent in this.
 
Thinking things over, what would make a good and devastating information packet that could be passed on to lawmakers around the world would contain:

1:any kids harmed by adults they met in roblox
2:known sex offenders using roblox
3: incidents where the mods did NOT act when clear abuse was reported
4:examples of the degenerate communities
5: examples of roblox degenerates revealing their degenerate power level in public

Those 5 thigns would already go a long way. There is probably a lot more. This is NOT a problem that will go away, it will only get worse over time.

NDAs and legal litigation are the likely answers to this. Nobody wants to chance getting fucked in the ass by ROBLOX's legal department for being a mole. They've seen it in real time happen to Ruben and they aren't afraid to do it again.

Let me give you some advanced trolling techniques: IF They break an EU or other law overseas, they COULD be charged in the US courts too if it is heinous enough just to make an example out of them. Why? BEACUSE NO ONE FUCKS WITH MONEY in the US. It's why we write "in God we trust" on the coins, because money is to god of wallstreet and washington. They throw double jeopardy right out the window when it comes to international business. Get charged and convicted overseas for being a scumbag they will charge and convict you in the US simply because you caused trouble overseas.

They made ruben an example. I know so many people who don’t wanna speak out because of what happened to him. I’d be lying to say that I wasn’t scared that Roblox might do something to me because I’m catching and getting people arrested within their community

I was pointed to this thread when i pointed out that "gee whiz, lots of pedos on roblox" because not only multiple lolcow pedos but operations at other places hitting them too. Working on a peaceful activist packet to distribute to karens to trigger "angrykaren.exe" and cause a political shitstorm.

Makes perfect sense why people feel that way. They have infinite money and it's near impossible for the average person to be able to afford to go to court with ROBLOX.
