Everyone thought this all would end with Nick and Kayla in divorce court but here we are, with Nick and Aaron in divorce court...
Kayla Rekieta is another humanoid rat grifter so as long as Rekieta can provide cash and a house she will stay. The moment he is cracked open and the last of the cash is scooped out she will probably kick him out of the house pending divorce finalization and it will roll down hill from there.
But first: The HRO arc.

Its kinda ambiguous if Nick has been instructed not to mention Aaron online or if it is allowed.

In Aaron's request to the court, he includes "and no online mentions".

The day after the TRO was granted Nick went on to make a 4 hour livestream talking almost exclusively about Aaron. That seems like an extremely clear violation.

Not only is it stupid of Nick to do this, I don't know how he could get away with this. Do Parole Officers really not give a shit about this sort of stuff? Why does it take so long for the county to activate on this?

Which he should but probably wont, cause the man's retarded. But nick going 'look at my restraining order, let me talk about the guy who got it against me' does seem to be behavior the order was specifically granted to curb
Tbh if you get a restraining order to the point someone can't mention you on their gossip show then you shouldn't be able to mention them either.

Despite being unambiguously told by the court not to indirectly contact Aaron, Nick Rekieta via his X.com @RekietaLaw account continues to make comments about him in tweet chains Aaron is tagged, which would cause Nick to appear in his notifications.
I like to think Nick is just retarded and doesn't know how the @ mentions work and most people are tagging Aaron in tweets to Nick on purpose to fuck with him more.

"He made a message to me on the app signal telling me to kill myself
This order does indeed lay out a distinct claim that Nick is harassing Aaron via twitter/the internet
It just occurred to me that Mama K, considering she lives nearby, PLUS Keanu and Elissa could file HROs against Nick (I'm not sure how that works across state lines). Hasn't he made death threats to all? Now that would be hilarious. Let the games begin and may the odds be ever in your favor.

"Geno is retarded and he thinks the revenge porn lawsuit[sic] was you trying to get even with aaron."

But it was. Does Nick's sycophants actually think Nick gives a single solitary shit about his "broken" wife?

Lol. Okay. That's funny. He considers drugs, alcohol, April, and Aaron's bussy all higher priorities than his wife and kids. This is Nick Rekieta we're talking about here. It's like they don't know him (and maybe they don't, and are just in this because they hate Aaron so much).

I have a personal theory that everybody with a law degree in Minnesota is retarded. Maybe there is something in the water, maybe they hand out free whippets at the law school.

They found like 1/2 a pound of cocaine in his bedroom and a child that tested positive for the substance at an extremely high rate. The fact that he is currently not in jail is ridiculous.

I would hate him too if he fucked my dad so hard that he thinks more about him more than me or my mom.

Have you heard the tragedy of MAN-dy the skinwalker? Its not a story the Balldogaurd would tell you. Its a Kiwi legend. MAN-dy was a skinwalker so powerful he could mimic a Real Woman. He could use online Trolling Gayops to create a false reality, in which a 45 year old man confessed to fawning over his hair gunt without even knowing.
Ftfy, come on man it was right there.

Can't speak for Elissa or Mama K but other local women looked into getting a HRO against Rekieta but because it would mean he would have their address they gave up on the idea. They're terrified of Rekieta and of his family's money. And one of the women is quite an aggressive lesbian who would normally stand up against anyone particularly a man. When we laugh at Rekieta being such a weak faggot it's worth remembering not everyone feels that way, especially women who've met him or suffered his attempts to persuade them or have sex with them.

I was there for that too, and while it wasn't overly convincing an act, it didn't have to be: Nick was thirsty for it, and so he bought it. There was no "trolling gayops" about anything whatsoever. It was a guy sending girl pics. He didn't even try to chat like a woman. The funniest thing is that Nick went for it :-) Maybe Nick just senses the Adam's Apple under the pancake makeup and is overpowered by it.

Nick has been caught being a flaggot again, warning Harman Smith to stop streaming his super special Locals content.

DENIED.

If you don't believe me, note that the relevant language from the two orders Aaron received and violated not to mention people online did not appear in the order (first is regarding the mother of his children, the second is the one for Kayla). Note that these orders are from two different counties (Sherburne and Stearns, respectively); this must be the standard language used throughout the state in these sorts of orders

The form order fucking sucks in terms of draftmanship, and I don't blame anyone for being confused. I, too, am confused.

This section, to me, reads like the unchecked box in (a) means that the order does not extend to petitioner's minor children or person subject to guardianship. In other words, the third check-box will only be marked if the order extends to minor children or a person subject to guardianship.
I think the next box ticked listed as (b) makes clear that your interpretation is correct as to what else was DENIED and the portion after "including..." is just listing out some examples of direct or indirect contact.

I think they are trying to use the checkboxes to make it easier to read but it's not working at all.

Whoever is doing this: Just make snarky comments every thirty seconds. Instantly transformative. Problem solved.
The Harman Smith guy does give transformative commentary over the top of the Locals streams, or at least he did.

Good notice, I am too prone to huffing hopium.
In your opinion, do you think Nick's behaviour amounts to violation (in other regards)?

I'm not sure that's enough. It might be! I'm just not sure of it. Mindset made a video yesterday about H3H3's lawsuit vs Denims, where H3H3 includes their own copyright law established from their 2016 case, and in that discussion Mindset says he tends to double the length of a video--at least--with his commentary so that it's transformative beyond question. In fact the thrust of H3H3 v Denims is that her minimum amount of commentary was aimed at attacking his profitability.
