Chrissie Mayr starts to reposition on ol' Balldoman.
Warning: features Flat Broke Geno Bisconte and still quite a bit of balldo-washing.
Interestingly, during this appearance, Chrissie remarked that being "friends" with Nick isn't the most accurate description. She considers herself a "friendly acquaintance."

She also reiterated something Rekieta himself could have agreed in the past: once you have children, your days of swinging, threesomes, swinging, and drug use is over.

Aaron: "I haven't been on the farms in 3 weeks!"

Aaron, you retard
He would genuinely be a fool if he admitted to being in this thread.

Archive of Rekieta Law's Watch Party June 28, 2025 (unedited snipe version)
Please note the following: Nick's mic will at times clip and cancel out the audio of both his and the audio of Aaron, The following clips are from that stream. I'm not a member of Nick's channel this is the best I could do.

Part One
Part Two
More to come.

Nick is deeply offended when Aaron states Nick and Kayla "never had to be responsible." Nick proceeds to tout the merits of his seventeen year old son. He's in the National Honor Society, a milt-instrumentalist, a writer, an animator, an artist and a physicist. "I think our track record is okay, Aaron."

Aaron trash talks Nick's parents. He touches on Bob Rekieta's testimony at the child protection hearings. Nick argues that Aaron doesn't know his dad, actually he's more of an acquaintance. Essentially, Bob is a liar in Aaron's eyes.

Brief mention of the Zillow listings for the second home that was sold. Later, Nick argues with the prerecorded Aaron over whether or not he reads his own thread on Kiwi Farms. According to Nick, the last time he looked at his thread was in April of this year.

Major cope by Nick about the Coke Stream video evidence. In all fairness to Nick, he corrects Aaron that Det. Pomplin watched Cog's mirror upload. Next, he whines about the Frank's motion... again. He insists the detective lied about where he saw the video. Nick implies he might appeal the ruling.

Nick takes an amazing petty sip of soda. Aaron says, "Nothing they've (Qover) ever done is their fault." Nick replies, "Facts." Aaron talks about conversations and texts between he and April.

Aaron is grateful that all this stuff happened to Nick and not himself. Later, Aaron speculates about Nick saying that Pomplin was lying. Nick stops the clip and agrees Pomplin was in fact lying and added Elisha Sweep.

With greasy chicken tendy fingers, Nick messes up the Aaron video (I chose to let it play out). He takes this opportunity to shill Supertips while the video catches up.

Shortbus Dave on Locals says, "I don't know your state, but in New York you can get a RO and then make defamation statements online. I've seen people get sued in my town."

Nick replies, "Yeah, you can do that. I mean you can always make statements online that can get, uh,
that can be defamatory. What you put in a RO is typically privileged from defamation: unless, it's knowingly false and then it's typically has to be shared by the person who made it."

Nick had many, many more claims of people who lied in regards to his search warrant and arrest. All the Kiwi Farms lawyers are retarded. Pastor Mellin's report as the primary item in the warrant request is faulty. "Even if all of this is true, none of this is a crime. None of this rises to the level of child endangerment," claims Nick.

Superchat from DabbleBabble: "The kid tested positive for cocaine and has been the I saved those children trope since the poor me YouTube channel's tour. Allegedly you were provided coke ass therapy to your child. Look it up."
Nick: "No. I think you mean coke 'as' therapy, not coke ass therapy. That's horrifying." His children have "appropriate prescription medication. They were never, ever exposed to narcotics."

Apparently, according to Nick, Aaron made threats of physical violence days before the warrant. He reiterates Pomplin watched the wrong video.

Shitty jokes about Sean (Potentially Criminal) and Jacob Blake.

Aaron tells about the time when Nick went on a Twitter tyraid the night Aaron dipped out of the Qover. This was on or around April 11, 2024. This is when Nick told Aaron to kill himself and he doesn't deny it.

Aaron notes Patrick Melton and Nick are on friendly terms. Nick will not comment about the pedo jokes Patrick makes at the expense of Aaron's children.

Nick tries to befriend Chad Zumock with April tweets. So, people called wellness check on April which, in turn, Nick ridicules their concerns. This touches on the April conspiracy. Was that really her using that twitter account?

Nick doubles down over non-compensation to Lawtubers during Rittenhouse and Depp. He paid them back with many superchats on their channels.

The breakup of Lawtube, "Lawtube is, and always has been, gay." Nick is not a cult of personality, and more Lawtube analysis.

Nick hates on Keanu. He addresses a chat that is suspicious of the validity of if April was actually using that twitter account. Nick explains that he and April speak with the same voice. More ass kissing from DabbleBabble.

Aaron says, "Nick creates his won world, and then he lives in it." Nick thinks this is an "amazing, amazing clip." Aaron wonders, "is there a real Nick?" Nick says, "I'm just your fucking nightmare apparently."

Aaron says, "No one would be in any of these problems if Nick hadn't given April any coke." Nicks umbrage against Kerri Smith.

Nick mocks Aaron's concern over April.

"Nick's got an Aaron obsession as it is," Aaron responds to a chat. "Nick is in a nightmare of his own making." Now it's about feats of strength.

More to come.

Call me triggered. FUCK OFF, CHRISSIE. Genuinely. You are a MOTHER now. You live in Queens/Long Island which is full of highly moralistic opinionated Irish and Italian people. You know better than this.

No, it's not just up to God. We have standards on this planet too.

*The farms archives and hands Aaron all of Nick's RO violations archived and on a platter*

This kind of thing is what genuinely entertains me--the 'so weird it could not be fiction' kind of coincidences kind of stories that are 100% absolutely true!

Aaron is a fool so I believe it
I’d be extrapolating a bit of my own professional knowledge into the legal field, but one could argue that there are times when the wisest course of action is to be aggressive, and others when it is better to proceed cautiously. Experience is what enables a true professional to know when it's better to do A rather than B.

I’d guess that Aaron’s wisest move right now would be to act with caution—that is, not mentioning Kiwi Farms at all, even if he does use it.

So I’ll refrain from criticizing him for publicly saying that he does not read this thread, because that seems like the wisest option to me.

Chrissie said she and Nick are just acquaintances, but i'm pretty sure Nick put feelers out for people like her to get access to women to talk to. That's how he met april.

He'll be nice to her until he can't get this from her.

I'm not 100% up on the lore, but last I heard, Chrissie was up in Yonkers now. So... Basically the same, maybe more WASPs and less Catholics?

She tries so hard to say nothing. No wonder she has a six figure subscriber base and gets less interaction then Sean or Nick.

3 Weeks matches to when that release violation first announced. I'd speculate it mentioned Kiwifarms. He likely is reading, but says not.

~35 seconds into the 1min 45second clip: "you didn't get to know my dad! You hung out in his presence 3 maybe 4 times..." He is speaking to Aaron here, right? directly? indirectly? RO violatingly? It's probably minor compared to the other violations he racked up on the weekend, but make sure to include it on the list.

Yeah. Sadly. He might be able to expand the conditions though. Especially if Nick decides to challenge the thing, and this goes to court.
I’m still not convinced that it doesn’t cover online mentions. Look at the HRO on Nick again:
Don’t let the check box fool you.webp
As TherapyMan said, the checkboxes are made for ease, yet make it look confusing down to who gets what. All those conditions listed after both checkboxes (in section A) aren’t just for the kids. They are encompassing for any & all protected parties. In this case it’s only Aaron, so the highlighted portions pertain to Aaron. It’s not a very reader friendly way to make a form because it took a few times figure out. The conditions Nick has to abide (which apply to Aaron’s safety) are highlighted, to make it easier to understand. That’s my reading of the document because the other option is just plain bizarre. Why would the court only offer online protection to kids? They wouldn’t, so it’s a matter of the check boxes throwing readers off. The HRO prevents direct & indirect contact both, so in part A, after the two option boxes, it lists things like threats, emails, social media contact, the last of which Nick has continued with every day since the order took effect. Aaron was approved for direct & indirect protection including social media by this HRO. That’s how it reads most clearly to me without a fully researched lawyer posting ITT.
How long can April stay on top?
How long does a Valkyrie fly?

At this point Nick's violated the RO in every way except physically calling Aaron on the phone and visiting his house, but at this point I wouldn't be surprised if he actually has

I just know, in 5-6 years time, I'm gonna hear that Chrissie's kid drowned in the bathtub because she listened to Joe "let me get my kneepads out for Rekieta" Nierman about how Nick's youngest should have been perfectly capable of bathing herself.

She is dumb.

She was absolutely the worst part of Friday Night Tights. Though I haven't watched that in years anyway for a variety of other reasons but she was one of the biggest ones that made me stop.

If Nick ends up in jail from this, this thread will likely become very quiet and I guess I will spend more of my free time playing games instead. 🤔 (Or maybe I'll start reading another lolcow's thread, but not taking part as much.)

Lmao @ Aaron not reading the thread (*if* he's not just lying), but yeah hopefully some of his fans do and then send the info to him.

It is good practice to diversify your lolcow portfolio. I started out only reading Crackets too but the forum has so many threads on people or groups to observe and make fun of. A personal favourite is the Anisa and Ian thread, they've been providing as much fun as Nick has.

Aaron: "I haven't been on the farms in 3 weeks!"
Also Aaron: Posts on the Farms that obtaining an HRO against Nick Rekieta is "really not an option" less than 2 weeks prior to claiming he hasn't been on the Farms in 3 weeks while responding to the news that his petition to obtain an HRO against Nick Rekieta has been posted on the Farms
I've seen this enough I feel inclined to respond. We have inquired about this but with me being a public figure it's really not an option.

In your opinion, do you think Nick's behaviour amounts to violation (in other regards)?
Nick can't make any comments online that are directed at Aaron (as opposed to simply being about Aaron) without violating the order.

Any commentary addressing Aaron in the second person ("you") is potentially violating, and there's been case law posted from Minnesota stating that mentioning/tagging the protected person's Twitter account is a violation. In fairness, what Nick has done appears to be slightly different though. He hasn't tagged Aaron himself, he has responded to Twitter users who have either tagged both Nick and Aaron's account or have themselves responded to one of Nick's posts with a reply that has tagged Aaron's account. I believe this still notifies Aaron, but the intent may be viewed to be different. That doesn't make it not stupid to do though.

I’m still not convinced that it doesn’t cover online mentions. Look at the HRO on Nick again:
Yes, but also read the thread containing the order Aaron's ex-wife Ashley obtained against Aaron that he later violated. It has specific language to prevent him from mentioning Ashley on his show or social media IN ADDITION to beginning with identical language about direct or indirect contact.

This part is identical to Nick's order:
1751346665466.webp

But then there is this additional restriction, one which would not be necessary if it was already prohibited by the first paragraph, which is identical to the language later used in Aaron's release conditions in a different county:
If you don't believe me, note that the relevant language from the two orders Aaron received and violated not to mention people online did not appear in the order (first is regarding the mother of his children, the second is the one for Kayla).

He has addressed Aaron in the second person, in the youtube member's video raging at the two hour video of Aaron mentioning him.
