My guess is she never actually talked to a doctor before this (if she even is now) and they're making her get an X-ray to make sure nothing is broken. She's an idiot and thinks they're checking her muscle and not just doing a rule out. That's pretty standard if you fuck up a joint like a knee or ankle, which is what I'm guessing she did.
They'll tell her it's a strain/sprain/soft tissue damage and to try and RICE it. Of course, put through the Becky translator, that becomes "total bed rest and only lobster delivered by DoorDash."
