I don't like the approach Tom takes with Andy but as long as he keeps his distance and doesn't allow Andy to terrorize him physically than hes ok in my book. Just a few phone calls a day is a small price to pay if it means not dealing with him in the Ditch household.

Honestly I think it's the other way around. Andy is only happy when the person changing him is doing it willingly and happily. Any kind of resistance to it ruins it for him and gives him blue balls. His biggest trigger is the concept that "You don't want to help me". That's why he can never be happy at any of the places he's been because once they stop wiping him happily he loses his shit in frustration like someone who can't ejaculate. He probably only gets aroused when they're doing it willingly or there would be more reports of it, I think. His fetish is really specific.

100% both of these things. This is absolutely why Baby Amdy avoids nursing home confinement even though on the surface this makes no sense; there would be actual, literal 24x7 care (or at least people on shift 24x7). But!

The people doing the poop cleanings like CNAs in a nursing home do not have the time nor the mental fortitude to deal with an Andy. They would quite likely tell him to fuck off, though not in those words. They barely have time to change the briefs/pull-ups of the borderline paralyzed 50 year old woman who apologizes to you for having to poop in her briefs. A good CNA will kind of feel bad for that person, especially the nice residents who apologize for having to do basic human functions. You throw an Andy into the mix, someone obviously capable of ambulating to the bathroom and who refuses to? And who clearly wants you to touch his dick and butthole multiple times per shift? Nah, you're gonna sit in that shit, buddy. Nobody will care enough (nor get paid enough) to deal with that, no matter what the doctors or admins or supervisors say. You can't force people into rape by deception, even if you're paying them. I think you are 100% correct after watching the video Baroque linked. At about 43:55 when he's talking about staying 60 to 90 days he completely drops the retard accent.
