Off-Topic MtFs in Women's Sports / Title IX Demolition

I posted about this guy a while back, here’s the OG post, but I probably put it in the wrong thread:
Aayden “Ada” Gallagher got booed last year and decided to come back for seconds. The adults should have intervened and stopped this, but since they didn’t, another L for women’s sports.

Found his (alleged) Reddit account CurrentSuspicious421, where he posted after last year’s event and then started posting about this incident, until he started deleting things. View attachment 7119395

Wouldn’t want to ruin morale, huh?

Started to heckin’ panic about Trump’s EO last month, wanted to make sure he could still run against the girls: View attachment 7119401

“I won last year, of course I’d win this year, duh!”

I’m guessing the few honest comments getting through made him start deleting things.

I think this pic might be from last year but he hasn’t changed much:

I’m so sick of this shit.

So some dickhead wrote a piece about him trying to make everyone feel bad and stuff. He’s moving to Tranada to avoid being genocided or whatever. Few parts of the article stood out to me:

AGP confirmed? Then again, Quinn might be a dude too, so idk.

“She” wasn’t on puberty blockers (or they would’ve mentioned it) and “she” didn’t start HRT until last fall, so he was running as a regular-degular male last year.

His mom tries to defend him by saying he’s actually slower now and that’s supposed to be some important context that makes it all okay somehow.

Him complaining that he doesn’t have good enough competition to keep him motivated.

Here’s Brooke White, who’s overjoyed to be sharing a podium with that monster:

Is she a typical Californian who drank the Flavor Aid, truly believes every word she said, and is desperate to be on tHE riGHt siDe oF hiStoRY? Or does she think that it’s all bullshit, but is too terrified to speak/show any sort of resistance out of cancellation fears (it is CA, after all)?

By the way, this is what “sharing the podium” looks like. The fact that you’d never see it done with two women is a tacit admission by the coaches that Hernandez is a man.

Normies aren’t going to delve into Reddit to read about GRS horrors, AGP deviance, euphoria boners, and the rest of the deluded nonsense that these freaks spew into their hugboxes- it’s too much for them to wrap their heads around. Too disgusting and disturbing for them to seek out, and they won’t dig into it even if you point them to it. Nay, troons invading women’s sports and stealing their accolades is going to be responsible for peaking more normies than anything else ever could. And it’s going to go on for a lot longer and peak many more before it’s finally done away with. For normies, the sports issue is like an easy-to-swallow cold medicine- an easy-to-consume way to understand just how lurid the troon menace is.

It’s really not worth providing Mister Fister with a response but the three prominent pooner athletes I can recall are all long out of competition. Schuyler Bailar, Mack Beggs, and Chris Mosier are all completely off the LGBTQ media darlings radar, and all were failures in athletic competitions against men.

This happened a little while ago, but Texas US Attorney General is launching an investigation into US Masters swimming because some fucking hon named Ana Caldas took 5 events in Spring Nationals.

Imagine trying to swim and this fucking trog porpoises past you.
Update on this. Looks like they are catering to the troons after all. US Masters is a joke.

As much as I fucking loathe AB Hernandez and his mother for their power grab to take over girls' track and field events in CA, I do not blame the girls competing against him for not being more hostile to his face. Behavior deemed to be "poor sportsmanship" can get athletes disqualified from competition, even there's a very understandable reason for the conduct. Really serious offenses can suspend the whole team from playing.

The other girls have likely been told by their coaches to go out of their way to be nice to Hernandez, knowing his mom is just the kind of nosey bitch who would write a complaint and try to run it up to the highest authority available if there was even the appearance of the girls being mean to him. So if the other athletes appear to be bending over backwards to make him feel welcome, that's the likely reason why.

UPenn is banning TiMs in women's sports and is stripping William "Lia" Thomas's swimming wins.

The University of Pennsylvania has agreed to ban transgender women from its women’s sports teams to resolve a federal civil rights case that found the school violated the rights of female athletes.

The U.S. Education Department announced the voluntary agreement Tuesday. The case focused on Lia Thomas, the transgender swimmer who last competed for the Ivy League school in Philadelphia in 2022, when he became the first openly transgender athlete to win a Division I title.

It’s part of the Trump administration’s broader attempt to remove transgender athletes from girls’ and women’s sports.

Under the agreement, Penn agreed to restore all individual Division I swimming records and titles to female athletes who lost out to Thomas, the Education Department said. Penn also agreed to send a personalized apology letter to each of those swimmers.

You would think that Penis Taste University would've learned at least some minor lesson from their first round of being involved with pedophilia cover-ups. But I guess not. Still, hopefully some of these girls post the apology letters, because I suspect that will cause some good screeching.

Here's the University's public statement:
July 01, 2025

The University of Pennsylvania will comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, 20 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq. (“Title IX”), as interpreted by the Department of Education, in all of its athletics programs.

As of February 5, 2025, all practices, policies, and procedures adopted and implemented by the University with respect to women’s athletics will comply with Executive Order 14168, Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government (Jan. 20, 2025), in keeping with Executive Order 14201, Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports (Feb. 5, 2025).

The University will not—on the basis of sex—exclude female students from participation in, deny female students the benefits of, or subject female students to discrimination under, any athletics programs. In addition, in providing to female student-athletes intimate facilities such as locker rooms and bathrooms in connection with Penn Athletics, such facilities shall be strictly separated on the basis of sex and comparably provided to each sex.

Title IX applies irrespective of current or future policies from sporting or scholastic governing bodies, such as the Ivy League or individual sporting bodies. The University will not delegate its obligation to comply with Title IX to an external association or other entity and it will not contract with, or arrange with any third party entity to provide benefits of the University’s athletics programs, if that third-party entity is acting in violation of Title IX.

And here's some cope from their school newspaper (yes, it does begin with a Tumblr "content warning"):

Penn entered into a resolution agreement with the Department of Education to resolve an investigation into the University’s compliance with Title IX on Monday.

According to an Education Department press release, Penn will comply with the three demands issued by the federal agency in April: release a statement affirming compliance with Title IX, restore accolades “misappropriated” by transgender athletes to female athletes, and send individual apology letters to the affected athletes. The University will additionally issue a public statement specifying that Penn Athletics “will adopt biology-based definitions for the words ‘male’ and ‘female’ pursuant to Title IX and consistent with President Trump’s Executive Orders.”

The July 1 announcement comes more than two months after the Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights found Penn in violation of Title IX following the University’s decision to allow 2022 College graduate and transgender swimmer Lia Thomas to compete on the University’s women’s swimming and diving team during the 2021-22 season.

“Today’s resolution agreement with UPenn is yet another example of the Trump effect in action. Thanks to the leadership of President Trump, UPenn has agreed both to apologize for its past Title IX violations and to ensure that women’s sports are protected at the University for future generations of female athletes,” said Secretary of Education Linda McMahon in the Education Department’s press release.

A request for comment was left with the White House.

According to a Penn press release, “The University of Pennsylvania will comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, 20 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq. (“Title IX”), as interpreted by the Department of Education, in all of its athletics programs.”

“Our commitment to ensuring a respectful and welcoming environment for all of our students is unwavering,” Penn President Larry Jameson wrote in a Tuesday letter to the Penn community. “At the same time, we must comply with federal requirements, including executive orders, and NCAA eligibility rules, so our teams and student-athletes may engage in competitive intercollegiate sports.”

On April 28, the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights found Penn in violation of Title IX after the University allowed 2022 College graduate and transgender swimmer Lia Thomas to compete on the Penn women’s swimming and diving team during the 2021-22 season.

The federal agency issued three demands to Penn: release a statement affirming compliance with Title IX, restore accolades “misappropriated” by transgender athletes to female athletes, and send individual apology letters to the affected athletes. OCR gave the University 10 days to comply before risking referral to the Department of Justice for “enforcement proceedings.”

Penn quietly submitted its response “on time,” a University spokesperson previously told the DP.

“UPenn has a choice to make: do the right thing for its female students and come into full compliance with Title IX immediately or continue to advance an extremist political project that violates federal antidiscrimination law and puts UPenn’s federal funding at risk,” Education Department Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Craig Trainor wrote in the announcement.

The Penn spokesperson previously told The Daily Pennsylvanian that Penn has “always followed NCAA and Ivy League policies” and does not have its own policy “regarding student participation on athletic teams.”

“Indeed, we have been in the past, and remain today, in full compliance with all the regulations that apply not only to Penn, but all of our NCAA and Ivy League peer institutions,” the spokesperson previously wrote.

At the time of publication, all records received by Thomas while representing Penn are still listed in the University’s record book.

The agreement comes after the University moved to dismiss a lawsuit — filed on Feb. 4 by three former Penn swimmers — alleging that the four defendants violated Title IX regulations by allowing a “trans-identifying male swimmer” to compete in the 2022 Ivy League Championships.

The White House announced on March 19 that it would freeze more than $175 million in federal funding to Penn, citing the University’s alleged failure to comply with an executive order barring transgender athletes from women’s sports and promising to “rescind all funds from educational programs that deprive women and girls of fair athletic opportunities.”

At the time of the funding freeze, a senior White House official wrote in a statement to The Daily Pennsylvanian that the change was not a result of the Title IX investigation into Penn but rather an “immediate proactive action to review discretionary funding streams to … universities.”

The announcement comes after sources told CNN that universities and institutions of higher learning have been quietly negotiating with the White House to avoid “the same aggressive targeting of Harvard University.”

June 4 press release from OCR notified Columbia University’s accreditor — Middle States Commission on Higher Education — that Columbia has violated “federal antidiscrimination laws.” This announcement means that the commission must notify Columbia of its violation and “establish a plan” that the university must follow — if it does not, the accreditor “must take appropriate action” against Columbia.

This action comes after OCR launched an investigation into Columbia in February, following allegations that the university violated Title VI by acting with “deliberate indifference towards the harassment of Jewish students.”

Harvard faced similar investigations — allegations of antisemitism and racial discrimination against the university cited Title VI. In April, the Trump administration sent Harvard a list of demands, which the university rejected on April 15. Hours after Harvard’s decision, the Trump administration paused over $2.2 billion in funding to Harvard.

Harvard has been a continued target of the Trump administration, which in recent weeks has looked to freeze billions of dollars in federal research funding and ban the university from hosting international students.

CNN reported that the that the Trump administration is looking for “a name-brand university to make a deal like the law firms made a deal that covers not just antisemitism and protests, but DEI and intellectual diversity.”

The goal is for Trump to publicly claim a deal with a prestigious institution, such as an Ivy League school, to signal that the administration does not intend to “destroy higher education” according to CNN.

Is there like any reason women should accept this apology? This kinda shit just moves with the times so chances are once democrats are in power again, they'll just reinstate the tranny and tell the women to fuck off. How about you take financial responsibility as well? What the fuck is an "I'm sorry" worth when you allowed the athletic careers of a bunch of women to be damaged who may have missed out on professional opportunities due to your fuckup? You take billions and create hundreds of debt-slaves every year from people just trying to be productive members of society, pay up.

University of Pennsylvania is not Penn State.
