After his arrest he kept streaming for a bit but he couldn't stop himself from talking about his case. His solution to this problem (his lack of self control) was to just stop streaming entirely. Similarly, I think he got convinced by someone that all his sperging at Aaron is, indeed, indirect contact and violative of the HRO. But he has no self-control, and can't use the Internet without talking about Aaron, so his solution has been to disappear off the internet.
