Also something people looking into body building content should keep in mind, steroids aren't magic, and doing steroids will not automatically result in the stereotypical bodybuilder aesthetic.

As someone who has moved and lives (far) away from where I was born and raised, I can empathize with someone who wouldn't do the same, even if there were better opportunities elsewhere.

Like it or not, life was meant to be lived with people, and for most people the majority of their friends and family will be from the same place they grew up in, so even if there's better opportunities elsewhere if the majority of people you know, love, and spend time with are in one area it's rarely worth leaving just for money.
