Fran Blanche (FranLab) has posted a video where he says he had a COVID-induced brain infection that caused him memory loss, the loss of the ability to imagine things in his brain and forget vast parts of the electronics knowledge he learned his entire life. He says he got the COVID during a zero-G flight, in which he was in an airplane with lots of people, some of which threw up while doing the zero-g maneuvers, which leads him to speculate that's where he got the infection. Initially he had a complete loss of taste and smell which still hasn't recovered, but then after some time noticed a loss of memory. He was in the middle of getting a pilot's license in 2021, was in the phase of doing flying lessons with an instructor, but the mental deterioration caused him to lose the progress he made (he said the flight instructor even asked him "what's up with you?"). He says he developed heart and neurological problems (he already had peripheral neuropathy, he newly developed autonomic neuropathy).
I'm not sure if he got vaxxed, that could be a plausible alternative explanation, or he might not be telling us all his medical conditions, given that he's a tranny, it is safe to assume gay sex in his past, so the likelihood of him having AIDS is higher than in the general population. Or maybe it's just old age, the guy looks like he's in his 60s, it could be any of the neurodegenerative diseases that come with age like Alzheimers or dementia.

I think I get it now. It's autistic depressed / dopamine depleted men looking for a coping mechanism for their unhappiness, and the happiest people they've ever seen are women experiencing the elusive Female Orgasm™ so in their autismo logic, the female orgasm is the solution to all their problems. And as an added bonus it also gives them a path of redemption from being failed males.
It's more nuanced and multifaceted than that, but I think that might be a big piece of the puzzle.

Without watching the video and just reading your description, it sounds like he got Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) which can be triggered by something as boring as the flu. Sometimes our bodies are retarded.

That does match the symptoms he mentioned. Wikipedia says it can also be caused by a vaxx.
Pop in his comment section and tell him, maybe his docs haven't considered it yet. I don't think he'll appreciate being called a guy though.

Someone beat me to it and he saw it. GBS is one of those irrational fears of mine, and I didn’t even realize there’s no known cause in like a third of the cases. Body’s just like, surprise bitch, you’re paralyzed and need a ventilator now! Scary shit.

For the same reason a lot of trannies don't want to get with a bisexual who is in on the roleplay. It's not as validating when you know they're putting up with it for the money or if you know they're into you not cause you're a heckin valid dood but a butch woman.

I feel him. I started experiencing similar symptoms after getting COVID, and I feel like my intellectual abilities have been declining heavily, especially in recent times. That, along with depression, apathy and OCD made me a total trainwreck, but I'm derailing here. Post-COVID sucks.

That said, when we can tell you're a man just by seeing a portion of your forearm—one that doesn't even include your big man hands or heavy elbow joint—you ain't never gonna pass, son. The tattoo isn't what gives you away; it only confirms what all but the most unobservant people already know.
