Like with video games, I'm burned out with most music. Maybe it's that I'm getting older I still listen to soloists that I liked if they haven't moved to acting or private lives. Don't blame the latter at all. Also some new artists try to rely on dancing, but they also can't dance and sing. It's basically Instagram models bored so they decided to sing using a trust fund
I don't remember the specific song but YouTube once served me up that kind of indie music and I rather liked it as someone that's not the target demographic.
What do you think of this? It's also a low, breathy kind of singing that's not showy about technique, but to me it's excellent at that kind of sultry, seductive singing you could hear in a cabaret back in the day.
