Autism is a spectrum, just because one autist can do all the things doesn’t mean everyone else can.
An autist’s ability is due to their innate level of disability, no amount of training or perfect parenting can compensate for that. If it could - then you would have found the coveted cure for autism.
The modern trend for handing out autism labels and diagnosing milder and milder “autism” is an absolute curse for the traditionally autistic and Asperger’s. It’s trivialising the condition and reducing empathy and understanding for the authentically autistic people who really need it. The symptoms of autism are not a choice.
Quite frankly, if a supposed autist has normal social skills, a normal job, normal functioning and normal life they should never have been diagnosed.
