If I had to speculate, I'd say that he's panicking about the HRO and will re-emerge in a couple of days. Do you guys remember during that funny and weird period where the CPS case was resolved but the criminal case was still ongoing? This was when he was no longer being tested but was still supposed to remain sober. He would publicly do something to indicate that he was not sober, like calling into Melton's show while obviously intoxicated (slurring his words and screaming into the phone) or going on a long Twitter spergouts with AprilLaw. After this, he would usually disappear for a day or two, then re-emerge online and pretend nothing happened. I suspect that we'll see Nicky tomorrow.

If you want a more eventful speculation, I'd guess that his PO told him to knock it off. His PO would probably be notified about the TRO, and it could potentially land him in some hot water, though I personally doubt it.
