The issue is the definitions of "drawn CSAM"is vague enough that anything other than a hag can get you busted red handed, which sums up to literally almost anything -- most of them are under 18 in canon age anyways.

And now Texas has a law that theoretically allows them to arrest you over drawn underage anime porn. Imagine what happens if they actively enforce that all over the states and the EU like they do with busting actual pedophile rings and they go out of their way to be as ambiguous and vague as possible (oh right that character is literally 17 in canon so it doesn't matter if they have boobs ass hips and adult faces, you're getting arrested).

I remember there is a post on Reddit about it and I am trying to find it, but I can't. There's even a link leading to the incident. I don't remember the exact title but it was with a post about Womad/Megalia.

Also even if they don't arrest you, they can and will cancel you off the face of the Internet. Blue Archive artists like Dorontabi had been forced into hiding by Megalia/Womad because they threatened them with legal action.

While they didn't directly state "lolicon", given the subject being Blue Archive, it's pretty self-explanatory what is happening here.

And if I didn't mention it yet, for extra irony Megalia/Womad also has a pedophilia problem. One of the boarders is a teacher with a penchant for (real) little boys.

My point is that it's not worth defending what you said because it's splitting hairs over the most pointless of things. That's probably why they called you a pedophile.
