Not at all. Not if local law enforcement gets involved, is commandeered or federalized. The Trump administration is already making moves for local data already, on his alien opponents and illegals in general. Remember, plenty of states give drivers licenses to illegals, and also many buy homes, and legally own businesses with licenses, they even pay taxes in many respects. Names, addresses, phone numbers all for ICE's taking.

Go after the illegal aliens who have built a life in the US, you get them all. They are largely responsible for forming these enclaves in cities and employing illegal aliens. It also creates a chilling effect. No more Mamdani's or Ohmars will show their faces in public, nevermind on a ballot.
