They called it a "glitch" but as far as I can tell, it was basic check fraud, but with an ATM instead of a human cashier.
What was truly astounding is that they were using their own bank accounts, which they had opened with their own names and SSNs. Ordinarily, check fraud involves a fake check, and then the authorities have to investigate and try to identity the fraudster. But these absolute fucking retards wrote checks to themselves, deposited the checks in their own accounts, then withdrew the money.

And in the KF thread I linked above, there are videos of blacks dancing around and celebrating, as if they'd gotten away with some genius heist.
So, what's going on? Well, I think it's related to this:
That is almost certainly true. Why do I need to include the caveat, "almost?" Well, you see, the scientific establishment has decided (without debate, mind you) that race "isn't real" - therefore they've declared, by fiat, that nobody is allowed to study it.

There is no argument or evidence there to suggest that race is a social construct. They declared that it's not real, and we're supposed to accept that without question.
...with one notable exception, of course. You absolutely can reference race if your point is to say that white people are bad, and that blacks are oppressed. That's super okay! But claiming that black people have smaller brains is right out! <--- keep this fact in mind because it's gonna be important later
Back to the prefrontal cortex. What exactly does it do? Well the simple answer is, "executive function" - planning, decision making, things like that. You know how you sometimes feel "urges" - might be a desire to take something that isn't yours, or to punch someone who is annoying. The feeling comes from an ancient part of your brain. It's pure instinct. Most feelings are. But your self control - the ability to override that instinct - comes from the prefrontal cortex.

Does any of that sound familiar? Yeah. It's basically every fatigue-inducing video that has been posted in this thread!
But is there direct evidence of racial differences in brain structures? Well, yes ...but remember what we said above about what is, and is not, allowed by the scientific establishment. You can say that their brains are different, so long as you also say that it's whitey's fault.

Getting back to the Chase """glitch""" - the question was, "why are they so dumb that they think they'll get away with this?" Answer: they don't think. That'd be executive function. They feeeel a desire for money, and see money in people's hands, and there's no part of their brain that counteracts that.
We could, if we had the courage, design a society that trains their brains (and all of our brains) to avoid criminal acts without the need for executive function. We would just need to pick a different part of the brain to train. We'd need them to govern their behavior using feelings, not abstract morality.
Basically, we need to bring back the whipping pole. I'm not even being racist here. A bunch of little shit white kids need to be whipped too! What this does is give them a feeling (fear) that performs the same role (stopping them from stealing) that we currently, naively, expect laws and jails to perform.
