He didn't forget to pay his mortgage. Every person I've ever known in my life who has financial issues says that same exact thing if they own a house, or if not it's "my bank card is messing up". He took out a loan for over 300k a couple of years back against the property when he was slowing down post Depp Heard and spent it on balldos and coke, then ran out of money entirely, didn't want to admit to his parents that he had failed as I'm sure he spent 3+ years bragging to them about his multi million dollar YouTube empire, and then couldn't pay it back bc he was busy spiraling. He sold the guest house to repay the loan which he referred to as "his mortgage", and didn't even get around to doing that until after it was publicly announced he was in foreclosure, which I'm sure was an awkward phone call and demand that it be sold by mom and dad, if you wanna know the truth about it.
