Where's the Karen trial outcome stream, skelly?
This is why Nick will never make a comeback. Even when there is no excuse, he will not stream during the most high profile legal happenings. The Karen Read trial outcome, the Diddy trial outcome, the H3 lawsuit being filed. All of that is tons of money and visibility to a streamer in the legal sphere. Instead of all that, mr "social media expert" decides to stream a 2 hour video of his ex lover roasting him to 70 viewers and then disappear from the Internet for days

Apologies if this has been posted, but Nick's traffic fine has been sent to the collections agency for the 6th time now. He still refuses to pay it.

He won't ever have a comeback, ever. I might forgive him if he just comes out and says "the test results were by all means legitimate and I honestly don't know how it happened but it will never happen again, I am sorry", but the sting is there forever. He'll be forever known as the man that dosed his own children.

A reminder that just because none of his other kids tested positive above cut-off doesn't mean they tested negative. 499 is still below 500. Instead of just moving on, he's questioning the foundation of one of the few most robust fields of materials testing as someone who wasn't even qualified to enrol in a pregeaduate chemistry course.

I think that Nick is going for broke on the Infinite Lawfare Works against Aaron because it’s a get rich quick scheme for him. He had a taste of living beyond what Mommy would give him and now he needs a cash injection. Aaron is his new piggy bank beyond wanting Aaron to kill himself.
You can't get rich suing somebody who has no money, and Aaron isn't wealthy. :really: would just be wasting his money on lawyers like he used to waste money on shitty paintings. Even if Aaron won the lottery, he hasn't done millions of dollars worth of damages to Balldo so there's never going to be a big payout.

I don't think it's to get Aaron's money so much as to punish Aaron and also creating content for Nick's own dying channel. Manufactured lawfare drama, and Supertips to the moon!

To be fair, it's not like dabblefags weren't already amply warned by lawtube months ago about this cheap deadbeat stiffing all his colleagues as a matter of course...

He got paid with a thousand dollars worth of EXPOSURE. Nick featured his video of Aaron on his HIGHly watched MEMBERS-ONLY stream and also sent him 5 KNUs (and 25 NNUs), which he also GAVE to the Stearns County SHERIFF, as well as every BALLDO gagger and MELTONite who came to STONEY'S with them.

>I will pay
Translation: I will pay eventually, but whether it will be today or in 100 years is up to anyone. Also, there's no specified amount of money, the currency, nor the form of payment. For all we know, skelly might offer his Aaron Imholte property as collateral.
No, I don't mean Aaron's house.
You've misread that completely. Let the record show that "I will pay" was never said. "He'll get paid". For what, when and by whom? That's open to interpretation.

Most likely it’s not just for money, but also out of sadistic desire. Early in the Monty case, I believe Nick cackled about winning and forcing Monty’s finances to be controlled by him via some odd conservator-type relationship because he believed Monty would owe him for years. @Captain Manning likely remembers. It was creepy. Aaron is now just the new, less sympathetic Monty (Josh’s call with Monty has always painted him as a guy playing a bit of a character).

Nick is still trying to imitate Daddy Juju. He wants to initiate a lawsuit and then talk about it while racking in donos. Aaron might not have much money, but Aaron has anti-fans. Even if all he gets from Aaron directly is some goo and pocket change then he’ll be happy because Dabbleverse tards will super chat him (they won’t, they have a clear cycle of backstabbing).

Utterly bizzare that he'd buy a truck like this for Kayla to drive.
For which lady did he buy it for?
He definitely bought it for Kayla. Here's what I remember of the story from his 2021 or 2022 tour of his property on a Locals stream:
  • It does drive but no one drives it
  • It functions as a lawn ornament for the kids to play on
  • He bought it for Kayla at a car show before he started streaming so that would date the purchase to prior to 2018
@Mike Stoklasas Spock Ears might be right. Kayla does seem like the Twilght type.

Where's the Karen trial outcome stream, skelly?
He showed the verdict after Turtle Boy left that stream, but only about two minutes of it.

He missed the huge drama outside the courtroom (hundreds cheering), Turtle Boy coming out to screams of support, Karen Read's somewhat controversial statement, etc. Oh, and the lawyers on each side sparred in their public statements in the days afterward - it was entertaining.

Nick used to have pretty good instincts about what was newsworthy. No more.

That truck always threw me off. I think it’s cool but I enjoy shitboxes to work on.

But now…….them going to a car/show auction, kinda drunk, and feeling rich, it makes sense?

Assholes thinking they are rich af at car auction are always funny to watch. (Remlinger was the event I assume)
I bet they haven’t touched it since it got dropped on the property. Poor thing is rotting away.

Is there any reason for him to? There seems to be no downside to not paying. Who cares if they slap interest on top if you're never going to pay?

Eventually his license will (likely) be suspended. No, I cannot point you to something saying when, or how many tickets it takes, or how overdue you have to be - iirc a statute says "can" - but it can and does happen. And then - assuming you actually want a valid DL (driving without one is its own fine you can be ticketed for) you have to go pay the tickets, plus pay fees to get unsuspended. Technically can also be unable to get your "tabs" (register vehicle), could be arrested or have vehicle impounded but the last two are unlikely unless you're being arrested for other things.... Also per this source it could make your insurance go up, but obvs that's not up to the state.

Or not, lol:
With that said, Minnesota lawmakers are currently trying to make some changes to the potential penalties associated with unpaid tickets. Levying additional fines, license restrictions and even jail time on offenders who are unable to pay disproportionately affects poorer individuals. Current legislation with bipartisan support would eliminate driver’s license suspensions for a wide range of minor offenses, including:

  • Failing to appear in court for a citation;
  • Petty misdemeanors;
  • Parking and traffic violations;
  • Not paying fines or surcharges for parking or traffic violations.
