I am still worried that the BBB doesn't explicitly authorize Trump's tariffs. He is really stretching emergency tariff power and was already ruled against in the lower courts. Congress has the power to tax and they could have implemented his tariffs. The courts wouldnt be wrong to throw out his tariffs and then what? We will be stuck with all these countries having reverse retalitory tariffs against us and none against them because the BBB does not execute Trump's agenda.
