It was condemned due to lack of egress from the basement, it's had the cracked foundation since they bought it.
the s4 house was condemned for lack of egress
are you telling me the s2 house was as well? i'm not sure thats true
i think the s2 house was the one that had the mid season flooding in the basement so a bad foundation wouldnt surprise me

s2 and s4 houses are the same house, as well as s1 house. The Fallout arc was in the basement of the s2 house.

I have no doubt that Fishtank will be back in some shape or form, not just because it's a cashcow, but because it's literally the only career that Jet can have that doesn't involve putting the fries in the bag. He has no skills and is retarded and the only reason he has this gig is because Sam is, effectively, his father. Jet started as a production assistant for MDE and was replaced by Chris Lynch who has proven to be much more competent and reliable and has since been promoted to executive producer. There is no longer a place for Jet in the Hydeverse besides Fishtank, therefore he has to make it work. Even if Fishtank ends and Jet does go back to working directly for MDE in some capacity, he would no longer have unlimited funds for booze, drugs, and clown shoes and I don't think he would be able to handle going from Wigger Harvey Weinstein to actually having to work and be accountable for stuff.

Worst case scenario, Fishtank as we know it devolves into a more curated/regulated Stream Stars so that all the cost and legal burden is transferred to the "contestants" and they operate mainly as a platform.

Best case scenario is a custom built set like Big Brother:

But, as has been mentioned many times in this thread, that's never going to happen. Purchasing a warehouse or commercially zoned lot, building sets that people can live in, commercial plumbing, electrical, HVAC, staff quarters, permits, insurance, and etcetera. This is simply way outside the ability and budget of Jet and his small team of wiggers and drug dealing handymen. Just get that idea out of your head right now because if you actually believe that the guy who can't even project manage a day of summer camp activities in a living room is somehow going to suddenly get a clue and put together an actual production, then maybe you should apply to be on Fishtank.

The only realistic option is buying some kind of office building that already has mechanical and fiberoptic internet (in a non-cucked state) and cosmetically renovate the interior. This would also have the added benefit of providing an actual production space with staff lodging rather than a basement that looks like wigger Auschwitz.

This is quite confusing. (because im retarded, also its all just very chaotic and retarded)
But I think s2 (70s house) is different from s1/s4 house.
however during s4 at the end they moved to s2 house basement (fallout).
so they got chased out of s4 house/s1 house by cops and that house is .... not condemned i think??. but they couldn't film there because ordinances or some shit.
they just had to leave because of the government fucking with them.

then they move to s2 house basement - at which point that house (s2 house) does get condemned.
Is this right?

Also whats the deal with the S3 house.
In peoples instagram streams after the show it seemed like they were all back there.
Have we ever figured out what was wrong with that house?
because it seemed like in the after show instagram streams they were back at that house, but i might be wrong.

we know something happened bc of rv arc. they said mold. and also cops got called on bloodgames there.
but its sill unclear (to me) what the deal with that house is.

I also think there is a separate guest house/garage type thing on that property but i might be misremembering.

The s1 house is a different house entirely, they filmed in this house the majority of s4. They moved over to the basement of the s2 house to do the Fallout stuff, everyone already knew the house 2 address so it didn't take long to be swatted.

If you type in "jet neptune" into google search, "age" and "allegations" are the first results right now, alongside "dad" and "sister":

I tested it out with a couple of different browsers without being signed into google or any cookies, and its real.

Ellie just announced in her Kick chat that she has never and will never fuck niggers:

Direnc just posted out eating with Ellie and there's a third table placement with the person sitting there not in frame:

S3 house became the de facto HQ of Fishtank sometime during Bloodgames. They only got ran out of it in S3 because of all the calls they were getting the cops threatened to charge them with disorderly. There is indeed a guest house out back behind it which I think is where Jet and Ben live now, it's at least where they've been filming HK2 podcast and they seem to imply they are living there.

There's still hope for BG2...

summer is hanging out with cvatik (who i think is a confirmed creeper? but hes like a photo person. he's an orbiter who has been mentioned many times itt)
they are doing whatever this is
Yeah, Steve's a confirmed paedo. Shocked he's shooting with an actual woman since he usually only shoots (then bangs (or gets banged by)) by trannies. It's hilarious the only Fish that will talk to him are the ones that are similarly distanced from production.

More practical concerns would be plumbing for the fake house, the HVAC, and the interior finishing. If they want it to look like an actual house from the inside (remember that Sam tries to be a perfectionist) it will be expensive and time consuming. A significant percentage of the cost of just building an actual house. Then there's the issue of the continuous occupation for 6 weeks - most industrial zones absolutely prohibit that. Then there's the issue of demolishing and removing the fake house they've built once they're done
HVAC wouldn't be that hard, just do a minisplit or two depending on the size of the house. Plumbing I have no clue about but I'm sure they could do something even if it's just a portapotty.

Usually, good shows end too soon because the network and executives screw them over. See: Firely and World Peace. It's not often that you see a show crash and burn this hard because the lead showrunner is an incompetent egotist who's more worried about wigger fashion and dating with a questionable age gap. Every day I tune into this thread, the news just gets more and more depressing. This Wiggergate bit fucking sucks.

Well as people have pointed out, Fishtank is the biggest money maker the wiggers have
This is true of course but he has obviously been doing stuff like making his own videos, podcast as well as MDE. I doubt any of them make as much money as fishtank but then again you don't get stuck with 3 properties because of a normal podcast nor have to pay a dozen people to fly around and also pay for hotels and bullshit.

So even though revenue wise it might look like Fishtank makes the most, when you account for the fact it is 6 week of hardcore non-stop work, legal and police drama, editing and everything else it's not exactly reliable income. Fishtank is also so large that it requires a lot more dependable wiggers on-call all the time to act as staff which makes it hard to scale up things very easily.

I guess it all really depends what they can sell those houses for in the end. And also whether they can move the show to another place that has less legal issues and still keep viewer interest.

It is very clear though that fishtank attracts the most new normies compared to anything else by miles.
