The only aspect of Trumps policies that I am fond of is his foreign policy, Harris was sperging out about "love letters to kim jung un" and Putin but in reality that's just Trump demonstrating his disinterest in the idea of interventionism. He understands that nobody wants the US to be involved in foreign wars in any way. Now of course he is obligated to help Israel but the type of intervention that he does do is quick and more so a means of showing what the US can do like with the strikes on Fordow.

You do know that the end consumer is who pays that, right? You do know how tariffs work, right? Or do you really think that corporations will eat the costs because an obese, elderly, incontinent man told them to?

The point is that businesses are not going to up and leave because of tariffs. I can tell you with a high amount of confidence that biotech companies will not leave places like Boston because of tariffs. They will downsize, they will be stingier about R&D (which is another criticism I have of Trump's policies, since they will impact R&D), and they will be more careful about clinical trials, but there is no way in hell these companies will give up their college-to-industry pipeline advantage by moving to a country that simply does not have the academic infrastructure to support it. I only bring up biotech/biopharma because it's an industry I know well and it's not fucking going anywhere.

As for the spending: Trump's bill is better than any Democrat spendthrift proposal, which I don't think you'd actually care about (you're just here to bully the retards and incels, which I respect). Passing this budget also gives the GOP major political capital for the next budget circus. It's not going to cause the destruction of the country like the Democrats claim. It's a budget bill. The GOP actually coming together and passing something while they have control of Congress is a big deal and makes them look good. If these slight cuts don't cause too much pain, it lets the next session push for more cuts which we desperately need.
