what Stabby is missing is the fact you can actually call up your debtor's and explain to them the issues your facing. Chances are they will try to assist you with your payments because it's in their interest to keep you paying even if it's less and longer then they planned. They simply don't say "Fuck you Pay Me".

sounds more like to me Stabby fucked himself again.

In the original complaint he admitted that "under certain circumstances" the livestream would be fair use but because the owl fucker viewed the entire thing "every last second of it" that it's breaking copyright because it's "basically a reproduction"

Which You Tube quickly pointed out and even after Stabby made his amended complaint and dropped that part the judge apparently didn't forget it.

The Court finds that, having conceded that Creetosis “started off hot by having a highly transformative work” which contains“ample criticism and commentary” about the Retrospective, Plaintiff cannot now reverse positions in order to save his claims. (First Am. Compl., ¶¶ 86, 92; see id. ¶ 86 (“As for the potential fair use, I will freely admit this much: There is ample criticism and commentary about my Fallout:
New Vegas Retrospective. Yes, I will freely admit that.”).)

He also points out that the livestream was 14 fucking hours long (seriously do these people not have a life?) and Stabby video was only 45mins so even though they "watched every second of it" that has no bearing on copyright as they stopped every few minutes to comment and critique it. A'la it filled a completely different market need then the original and thus could not be the market replacement that Stabby was suing over (that's going cause Stabby's head to explode for sure).

The judge tossed out the rest of Stabby's lame attempt to manipulate the legal system by citing shit that didn't apply. Once again Stabby thinks the judge is just some moron that won't check what Stabby cites and just take him at his word.

Judge White throws a little shade at Stabby in his closer for ignoring some of his standing orders on process and reminds Stabby that even though he's a Pro Se Lit he still has to follow the rules. Once again you can imagne the steam shooting out David's ears as he reads that.

All in all 8/10 ruling. No vex lit slapped on but the judge is onto Stabby shit now and Jew Tube pulls a win for the little guy...even if he is a Owl Fucking Furry.

TLDR: Stabby fucked himself over yet again by thinking he was super smart and the judge was just a robot that wouldn't see him trying twist the law against him.
