Off Brand Andre is both ugly and meant to be Glip imposing thought policing. I find it funny that Estar specifically is mentioned, since that is the minor server and the art style changes here to look more kid friendly.
The talk about stealing feels adjacent to Glip being salty about art fight and how she considers others drawing her OCs as a form of rape.
Glip uses ugly Andre to wax poetic about being alive, and then the usual "I'm the biggest victim" thing. Andre then mentions bringing back Paige. Glip then uses ugly Andre to explain that there's applications for the next event, as well as what I think are artistic freedom OC commissions.
Ugly Andre justifies that the new look is because of aesthetics, but I'd wager that Glip doesn't want to draw Andre because he's complicated and she has little interest in sticking to a single design now because her attention span is fried. In the full art of him, he kinda looks like an ugly Inteleon (pokemon) OC?
Andre stars to sperg about cats between bitching that he had to eat as a pygmy pixie.
He returns to explain that the world is getting a reboot and wants external input about how to shape it.

Ironically, there's really very few fat furs. Most draw their OCs as thin. Sam is a bit of an outlier in that regard. Glip has played with the idea of being fat, but commits to it as much as she commits to being trans or queer. She's a straight, cis woman cosplaying as queer either for asspats, as a kink, or clout armor.
